Great stay and location
Pros:

I was a little skeptical at the location and hotel at first sight. It turned out to be a great location. The room was small but comfortable. The bed was a bit hard for me but the pillows were great. AC was amazing in the room! The added bonus was the amazing breakfast every morning. It was a pleasant surprise. This turned out to be a great hotel for price, location, and daily breakfast!!

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas du centre-ville, et pourtant dans une rue très calme. Le personnel est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Cons:

Pas de chaîne tv en français, comme TV5 ou France24.

München is heerlijke stad en hotel goede uitvalsbasis.
Pros:

Locatie in centrum. Overwegend vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Ontbijt prima, maar koffie matig.
Parkeergarage is erg lastig om in te komen (gaat met lift waar auto net in past). In garage zelf ook zeer krappe parkeerplaatsen.
Internet traag.

Excellent Staff.
Pros:

I had submitted a review previously on an earlier stay that wasn't very positive. The room we were given this time was much better. But I have to comment on how accommodating the staff was in allowing us to check in early both times. Much appreciated!

Beste Lage, ruhig, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Pros:

Top-Lage, wenige Minuten zu Fuss zu Hofbräuhaus und Marienplatz, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Unser Zimmer ging in den Garten hinaus. Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet und freundliche Bedienung, Rezeption sehr hilfreich. Danke für den tollen Tipp mit dem Ayinger am Platzl! Wir haben dort ausgezeichnet gegessen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Cons:

Leider wird ringsrum gebaut bzw. renociert. Das Hotel Concorde kann dafür nichts, aber unter der Woche fahren halt die Baumaschinen schon früh auf. Die Fenster im Concorde sind aber gut schallisoliert.

Superb location, very good hotel.
Pros:

Superb location, you are 5 minutes from the Marienplatz, which is the hub for everything really. It's just off the Tal Strasse, which runs from the old townhall end of the Marienplatz to the Isartor, loads of restaurants along it, plus useful shops. My room was neat, comfortable and clean, ideal for a single traveller in terms of size. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff in general were very nice and helpful. I really recommend this hotel as a base if you are taking a Munich holiday. So many of the attractions are nearby: from Karlstor , Kaufinger- and Michael- shopping Strassen, Michaelskirche, Frauenkirche, Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, Residenz, das neue Rathaus, Odeonplatz, Englischer Garten, Deutsche Museum, Isartor, etc or else you can just nip up to the Marienplatz U-/S-Bahn if you are travelling out to BMW, Olympiapark, Allianz Arena, Dachau etc. Location is key here. It's just ideal.

Good location, mediocre facility.
Pros:

Good location, but an extremely cramped room and the tiniest elevator I've ever seen. Also, the water pressure in the shower was only a trickle.
