the staff where horrible they were rude the told me when I rang them I could pay cash i got there they denied saying that they were rude disrespectful and couldn't care less about helping people like myself ill never step foot in there again

Pros:

The budget room was clean and the bed was comfy. But the bathroom is designed for small people, the shower door was really really narrow. This could be important information for a person with a bigger size body.

Also when checking out, the reception wasnt open yet, there was no mailbox where to leave the keys and the hotel staff hadnt guided me where to leave the keys when checking out so that was bit confusing, luckily i managed to see a housekeeper who i left the keys when checking out.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was served well with train station opposite.

Cons:

We booked a queen room with ensuite in advance, and when going to check in, they had us down for a queen with shared bathroom. Eventually gave us a key to a double room with ensuite (a downgrade by appearances on the app - despite having already paid for the booked room), terribly small bed for two people including my pregnant partner.

I've stayed previously in the same room and had no issues (it's dated and daggy but you get what you pay for), but this time was absolutely ravaged by bed bugs.

Close to train line for airport.
Pros:

Location great by train for overnight airport stay

Cons:

Smoke filled area when we arrived - by casino which was awful.
All night people coming up and down stairs, door slamming next to our room.
One key for security door that everyone comes through, bathroom and room - worried lock ourselves out as tricky and was it really secure ?

Very nice and convenient.
Pros:

Family room has 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms woth private parking was really convenient for all of us.Dining room and a small sitting room was also nice and a bonus.

Cons:

Only the entrance to the accomodation.

Great for budget level accomodation, friendly staff, only needed to have a comfy bed and shower
Pros:

Comfy bed, shower pressure, bed made each day with fresh towels, body wash, location to train, lovely cleaners lined my shoes up neatly and took care to make bed nicely

Cons:

smoke smell from gaming room, shower took ages to get hot, light blown in bathroom, mould on pillow case, towel had brown marks on it before use, shower drain silicoln looked dirty

Hotel accommodation in need of refurbishment.
Pros:

Conveniently located near railway station, good bistro, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Carpet threadbare outside bathroom, bathroom floor dirty in corners. Room looked shabby.
