Pros:

Comfy bed, nice room

Cons:

Advertised as two swimming pools - one was empty and a building site, one was a public pool, full of school children having lessons. Lifts under construction, loud banging and drilling with vibration all day. Flys all over breakfast, dust and building materials lying around.

Les chambre sont très confortable et l’hôtel est situé à 10min en voiture du centre

Cons:

Je trouve cela regrettable que la mention « piscine » apparaisse dans les équipements de l’hôtel, alors qu’il s’agit en réalité d’une piscine municipale et non d’une piscine privée accessible aux clients de l’établissement. De plus, l’entrée est payante, même pour les clients de l’hôtel.

J’avais réservé cet hôtel pour deux nuits dans le but de me reposer et de profiter tranquillement de la piscine. Malheureusement, cela n’a pas été possible. Si ces informations avaient été clairement indiquées au moment de la réservation, j’aurais choisi un autre établissement, mieux adapté à mes attentes.

Je trouve donc que cette présentation est trompeuse et qu’il serait important de préciser clairement les conditions d’accès à la piscine afin que les futurs clients puissent réserver en toute connaissance de cause.

Pros:

Приятный отель с комфортным номером и хорошим видом из панорамного окна. Есть бассейн и парная.

Cons:

Персонал не особо заинтересован в комфорте гостей. Ни с одной просьбой не помогли, включая перекись водорода (в отеле нет аптечки??).

Comfy and affordable boutique hotel in dalat
Pros:

The hotel is located near the city center and easy to locate. When we arrived at 5.30am, the lights were off. But later they allowed us to do early check in around 6am at 200,000 vnd and they gave us a free room upgrade. The toilet was clean and they provided fresh towels, body wash and shampoo. Water was provided as well. The bed was comfy. Did not manage to try the facilities and the breakfast but the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons:

The hotel line was not working. There was a switch to turn on the aircon but we were not aware, luckily the receptionist was kind enough to come to our room to help us. It would be nice if there were more power sockets as well.

Hotel byl čistý to je jediné co bych ohodnotila.
Cons:

Snídaně byla hrozná, nedostačující. Byla dobrá jen první den a to , proto, že tam byla svatba a ubytovaní hosté. Druhý den už tam nebyl žádný výběr, to by mi asi tak nevadilo, ale nebylo to chutné. Žádné pečivo jen toustový chléb. Co st týče restaurace, tak bych řekla , že to rozhodně není restaurace ....ani nevím jak to nazvat, spíše jídelna u bazénu, kde si můžete objednat pouze špagety a hranolky. Hrozný. Co se týče popisu, tak by bylo záhodno tak opravdu uvádět pokoj bez oken !!!!Normálně člověk počítá s oknem , jako v každém normálním hotelu.
