I would overall rate 9/10… must try
Pros:

Location: Excellent. Very convenient to access entire Panjim
Hygiene: Very clean… it’s a new property
Beach access: Just cross the road
Panjim market: Hardly 5 mins drive
DP beach- again 15 mins

Cons:

1. Parking: Was not comfortable to park on the road…. But had no choice
2. Non smoking rooms have very strong smoking smell…

Cute, lovely hotel with very good location & devoted, sincere staff
Pros:

It is a cute & lovely hotel. Its location is very good- just 200 metres from the beach. The hotel's biggest USP is its staff which is higgly devoted, sincere and helpful. RAKI rooftop is an added attraction.

Cons:

The hotel management is bit frugal with breakfast items, all of which are laid on a 15-ft slab. They should be more magnanimous in this regard.

THE HOTEL WAS WELL LOCATED AND CLEAN. THE STAFF WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.
Pros:

The staff were very responsive and helpful. They gave us advice about local stores and taxi services we could use. The room was large, was regularly cleaned and all the toileteries were thoughtfully given. We had lots of complementary drinking water in our room. A big plus was that we could order food from delivery apps.
The buffet breakfast was okay.
The front desk manager was very resourceful and knew the hospitality business well.

Cons:

We didn't get hand towels in our room. When I requested for them it was given quickly. They didn't have a travel adapter that I needed for my laptop. It may be a good idea for them to keep one.
