Pros:

Boravak u ovom hotelu bio je zaista predivan i iskreno smo oduševljeni svime. Od samog dolaska pa do odlaska osjećali smo se jako ugodno i dobrodošlo.

Posebne pohvale za domaćina, koji je zaista vrhunski čovjek – izuzetno ljubazan, posvećen gostima i uvijek spreman izaći u susret za sve što je potrebno. Takav odnos prema gostima zaista se rijetko susreće.

Hotel je uredan i čist, bazen je predivan i održavan, a doručak je odličan i raznovrstan. Sve je bilo na nivou i nismo imali apsolutno nikakvih zamjerki.

Sve u svemu, jedno zaista predivno iskustvo i mjesto kojem ćemo se rado vratiti. Od srca preporučujemo!

Nakon sto smo uredno rezervisali smještaj za 4 noći i prešli put od 7 sati, pri dolasku vlasnik objekta nas je hladno obavjestio kako nema slobodno ništa za nas te da je smještaj izdao gostima koji su došli u međuvremenu. Bilo je 20:00 navečer i u posljednji trenutak smo uspjeli pronaći drugi hotel. Sve u svemu jako neozbiljan odnos prema gostima. Topla preporuka svima da obavezno zaobidju ovaj objekat ako žele putovanje i odmor bez stresa i nepotrebnih problema. Ulcinj ima dosta drugih ozbiljnih objekata sa profesionalnim pristupom gostima.

Hotel je na odlično lokaciji. Hotel je veoma čist, sobe su prostrane, hrana je odlična. Bazen čist. U ovom hotelu imate sve za potpuni ugodaj. Blizu su plaẓ̌e, centar grada. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Vlasnik je izuzetno posvećen svojim gostima, i svi se trude da se osjećate kao kod kuće a to je najbitnije. Veliki pozdrav za vlasnika iz Bosne I Herzegovine. Sledeće ljeto opet ćemo doci u Metropolis

Luxury-look in- and outside, modern. Clean pool with sunbeds. Air conditioner and elevator.
Breakfast is good, fresh vegetables and egg dishes, too. Coffee machine with 2 options.
Cleaning the room was not the best. Have to ask for toilet paper every day. Place needs a thorough cleaning, otherwise it was great. ***

Pros:

Everything is clean and neat , personnel is kind and polite, the owner is friendly, approachable and nice. The pool water and pool area are clean and confortable. There is a little playground for kids,also. The rooms are cleaned everyday and suplies are refiled. Also, there are markets nearby. The food was fresh,tasty and there were plenty of choice.
