Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ausgezeichnete Lage und gute Küche.
Pros:

Die Lage ist grandios, direkt am See. Das Essen war lecker, Frühstück war ebenfalls ausreichend. Ansonsten wirkte das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt wie in unserem Fall war es aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Waschbecken und Dusche teilten sich eine Schampoo-Flasche, das heißt, man musste wechseln. Einen kleinen Abstrich würden wir vielleicht für die Straße machen, die direkt am Hotel vorbei führt. Die Auffahrt zum Hotel ist zudem recht abenteuerlich.

Everything was perfect and clean, the stuff was very helpful and very nice and the breakfast was very very delicious. We went with a 4
month old baby and the parking spot being so near the location was really helpful

Charming hotel with breathtaking views
Pros:

The hotel's location was great for anyone who would like to do hiking in the region - it's near a bus stop, was in 20 minute walking distance to the starting point of the famous routes and you can spend a whole day walking along the east side of the lake which is not a busy road but meadows and forests. The hotel building was across the street from the lake shore, had a restaurant, a parking lot for good amount of vehicles and a private wooden terrace with sun beds and a vertical ladder to take a bath in the lake if you wish. The room had the balance between old traditional house look and modern comfort. Everything worked without issues in the room and the bathroom. The lake view (with the surrounding mountains in good weather) was breathtaking. The terrace had a table and two chairs. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing although I admit I didn't visit in the busy period. The breakfast was a standard buffet with all the expected options to choose from, fresh and delicious. The staff I met only on check-in and check-out. The lady on the check-out was extremely friendly. The property also provided discounted entry cards for a spa in the near town.

Cons:

The terrace of my room had a lake view but it was completely blocked by a solid wooden rail. One could enjoy the view only standing which was pity. Would be nice if they at least partially replace this with transparent plastic or glass. Also, in the room there were 2 cupboards but both had only hangers and no shelves which made it a bit uncomfortable to unpack and store my stuff. But these didn't affect much my stay and I left with great memories from that place.
