Abbiamo trovato la struttura molto accogliente e funzionale per le nostre esigenze. Inoltre era centrale e questo ci ha permesso di visitare con facilità i punti più importanti di Venezia.

Frokosten var helt ok, standard europeisk frokost. Drikke var ikke åpent tilgjengelig og måtte bestilles av personalet. Vært bedre om Juice og kaffe hadde stått fremme.

Cons:

Bortsett fra frokosten, var det ikke mye å sette fingeren på. Veldig fin plass å overnatte i Venezia.

Pros:

Zimmer und Bad waren sehr schön, neu renoviert. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück tolle Auswahl und sehr gut. Würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

NO SITE OS QUARTOS ERAM BONS, QUANDO CHEGAMOS A RECEPÇÃO FICA EM UM PREDIO, TRES QUARTOS ERAM EM UM OUTRO PREDIO NA QUADRA SEGUINTE, NO TERCEIRO ANDAR, COM UMA ESCADA PRATICAMENTE NA VERTICAL,O MEU QUARTO ERA EM UM OUTRO PREDIO AINDA PIOR. SÓ TINHA ELE NO PREDIO, QUE E NO PRIMEIRO ANDAR, POIS O RESTANTE DO PRÉDIO ESTA TOTALMENTE DESTRUIDO, PASSAMOS A NOITE COM MEDO DO PRÉDIO DESABAR.
EU NÃO RECOMENDO PRA NINGUÉM.
O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ FOI SERVIDO NO PREDIO DA RECEPÇÃO, QUE TEM UM OUTRO NOME DE HOTEL, A ALIMENTAÇÃO ESTAVA BEM VARIADA, MAS AS ATENDENTES MUITO GROSSAS, NÃO POR SEREM MAL EDUCADAS, MAS POR SER SOMENTE DUAS, E TER QUE SERVIR O CAFÉ NAS MESAS, E SER MUITAS PESSOAS, NÃO DAVAM CONTA.
ENFIM FOI DECEPCIONANTE.

Gentilezza assoluta del personale della reception, colazione eccezionale sia salata che dolce a buffet ma con uova/pancakes preparati al momento. Camera in stile veneziano pulitissima, già disponibile dalla tarda mattinata. Abbiamo lasciato i bagagli alla reception al momento del check out e li abbiamo ripresi dopo aver passeggiato un'ultima volta in questa splendida città. Hotel situato in zona centrale ma tranquilla. Super consigliato!

V úplném centru Benátek. Cca 35 minut pěšky od parkingu. Snídaně velmi bohaté a chutné.

Dámy recepční velmi ochotné, pán na recepci vypadal, že ho obtezujeme.
