Pros:

A delightful venue located in a quiet area tide of Verdun.

Emily accessible from autoroute and only 10 minutes drive from most battlefield sites and memories. All well maintained and very moving.

Plenty of parking spaces.

Rooms mall but very clean, and comfortable. Large windows make very airy.

Good restaurant and well prepared food.

Swimming pool most welcome at end of long hot drive.

Pleasant and helpful staff

Sehr nettes Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Hotel am Stadtrand, sehr nahe an den alten Schlachtfeldern und Gedenkstätten. Sehr nettes, entspanntes Personal, renoviertes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Sehr gutes Restaurant im Hotel. Gutes Frühstück, kostenloses Parken am Hotel. Bloß nicht von der Lage abschrecken lassen, das Hotel ist es allemal wert!

Wegen des Personals, dem Essen und der Lage zu den Gedenkstätten würden wir wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Inhaber/das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Auf einer schönen Terrasse konnten wir ein hervorragendes Menü zu Abend essen.

Cons:

Kein Aufzug. Die Zimmer waren recht klein und eher stickig.

Comfortable and well located hotel to explore the WW1 sites around Verdun.
Pros:

Hôtel was relaxed and had a nice feel about it. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our superior room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel served a good breakfast and we had dinner there one night which was very nice. Lovely to have the option of eating dinner outside. Big private car park and a short drive to the WW1 sites.

Cons:

We were unable to use our patio as it was still under construction. It was being done when we first arrived, but no progress was made over the following 2 days. No patio furniture either so we
couldn’t sit on the grass. There was no information provided re hotel facilities and as some staff spoke limited English, this made it tricky.

Clean and tidy
Pros:

As an overnight stop it served its purpose. A little out of town and near to what I would say was an industrial estate but the hotel itself was in pleasant grounds. Room was clean and tidy (we were in a disability room)
Breakfast was serve yourself but there was lots of choice.

Cons:

The staff member who checked us in was a little abrupt but perhaps that was due to the fact a large party had checked in prior to us and it was a very hot day 🥵.

Nie wieder - nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Erstaunlicherweise zum ersten Eindruck gutes Abendessen mit freundlicher Bedienung

Cons:

Es war heiss in ganz Frankreich - ausser dem Speisesaal verfügt das Hotel über keine Aircondition - wir sind mit unseren offenen Cabrios nach 14.00 angekommen und die Tagescrew am Empfang und Tresen hat uns nicht einmal ein kühles Getränk angeboten un unsere überhitzten Körper ein wenig abzukühlen ! Das haben wir noch nie erlebt und ist eine Schande !
