За 5 дней в номере убрались лишь раз. Даже мусор не выносился.

В санузле, крючки разбиты, потолок сыпется, в комнате стены грязные, муравьи даже в шкафу.

Администратор при въезде настаивал на наличных, сказав что при оплате картой я буду должна заплатить сверху какие-то банковские проценты. Лишь когда я проявила настойчивость, ссылаясь на то, что при бронировании на сайте указана конечная цена, и кэша у меня нет, приняли оплату по карте и в том размере что указан в Букинге.

Завтрак минимальный, кофе не вкусный. Если планируете остаться здесь, берите без завтрака.буквально в этом же здании внизу есть несколько заведений где вы с легкостью найдете и вкусный кофе и завтрак.

Из обещанных в описании номера туалетно-косметических принадлежностей - только гель для душа (все четыре пузырька) и то просроченные - 2023 года выпуска!!! Шампуня нет.

Hotellet är vackert och smakfullt inrett och rummen mycket trevliga. Personalen är service minded och frukosten enastående. Det absolut bästa hotell av alla hotell vi bott på under vår Albanien-vistelse.

It served the purpose of our one night stay and the staff was very helpful and attentive.
Pros:

The location is nice, very clost to the sea front. The breakfast was basic but the view was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Cons:

The room deco was not very nice. The window and balcony was certainly not getting the sea front view. Strange to have a plant pot with no plant in the room, could have a mirror on that wall instead. No where to put anything in the bathroom/sink area.

ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד , מיקום מעולה , חדרים גדולים ונוחים , הכניסה למלון לא כלכך מזמינה ומרגישה יותר בניין זול מאשר מלון בטח לא מלון בוטיק , אבל אין ספק שהמיקום מצויין והצוות עושה הכל .
