Really positive experience with this hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and all the food was fresh and high-quality, as was the dinner I had included. The room was kept clean and tidy daily by the housekeeping staff. The reception and restaurant staff were truly helpful, always smiling, and truly fantastic. They even found me a parking spot even though the hotel was full. The hotel's location is about 600 meters from the seafront, where the nightlife is, and it's an easy 5-minute walk away. The pool was excellent, and I never had trouble finding a spot with an umbrella and sun beds, even though the hotel was full. They also have a pizzeria, and they make excellent pizza, which I personally tried almost every day for lunch. A special mention goes to the girls named Era, Lata, Ambre, and others whose names I don't remember exactly, who really made a difference to me and make a difference in a hotel like this. I'll definitely be back if I have the chance.

Cons:

The beach, although private and just steps from the hotel, could benefit from improvements in terms of renewing the sun beds, perhaps a dedicated bar service, some music, and possibly even adding toilets so as not to return to the hotel. These are obviously suggestions to improve the experience for potential future guests.

Siamo stati con degli amici, e devo dire che siamo stati molto molto bene, l.hotel è in stile italiano infatti ha anche il bidet nei bagni, è un 4 stelle,ma secondo me merita un 5 stelle, incomincio con il dire che la struttura è nuova e molto bene organizzata, il personale è gentilissimo e alcuni parlano italiano, un sincero grazie ad AMBRA alla reception che parla italiano e ci ha aiutato molto, e ALDO e GAIA che si occupano della piscina e sono veramente gentili, veloci e molto svegli, al contrario di altri 🤭, servizio piscina e ristorante ottimo, struttura vicino alla spiaggia, nn fatevi ingannare dal lido il mare è molto bello e trasparente adatto per i bambini acqua bassa che si alza gradualmente, poi c'è la sabbia, la maggior parte delle spiagge ha i ciottoli, lungomare di Valona molto bello ed in 10 minuti a piedi ci si arriva.
Per finire nei dintorni della struttura c'è di tutto,dai market alle farmacie alle Exchange, un consiglio visitate OLD TOWN piccola ma merita.

Cons:

Non mi sono piaciuti, i lettini del lido, secondo me vanno cambiati sono un po' fatiscenti, ATTENZIONE nel lido ,nella sabbia si possono trovare frammenti di vetro ( sono pericolosi per bambini e adulti) chi controlla il lido dovrebbe verificare ogni mattina , noi in due giorni diversi ne abbiamo trovati qualcuno vicino i lettini,e addirittura sotto la sabbia avendo un bambino,il ristorante è ottimo ma invece di due primi potrebbero mettere un terzo primo, inoltre ci sono persone che occupano un tavolo per 5 essendo in due, ma capisco che nn dipende dall' hotel ma da senso civico delle persone, ovviamente queste mie considerazioni nn sono per criticare, ma per incentivare a fare sempre meglio, visto che si può sempre migliorare.

Mooi hotel met goede faciliteiten en personeel
Pros:

Het personeel was erg sympathiek en behulpzaam. Daarnaast werden de kamers goed schoongemaakt en was het eten elke dag van goede kwaliteit

Cons:

De warmte in de lobby en eetzaal kunnen verbeterd worden. Ik begrijp dat dat lastig kan zijn als de deuren en ramen open worden gehouden, maar het is comfortabeler eten als het niet zo warm is.

Would definitatly recommend staying here. About a 10 min walk to the main promenade.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and loved the free breakfast and dinners included in your stay. The pool was perfect, but they only serve drinks and pizzas there. For a more robust menu, you must dine at the restaurant.

Cons:

Hotel was extremely busy at the pool during peak hours. Lots of families (not my thing) but it's peak travel season. Was still able to get a chair but also ensured I ventured out to explore some of the other beaches and beach clubs.

Au top super séjour je recommande
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable, les chambres était très spacieuse et très propre,l’emplacement était parfait ,et la piscine au top.

Cons:

Il manque du rangement dans les chambres, et il faudrait un peu plus de choix au niveau repas pour ce qui ne mange pas de porc et hallal

Nice place close to the beach
Pros:

Hotel is well located with the beach a short walk away. The pool and facilities at the hotel were good for a family to have a relaxed holiday. Pizza available was a delicious and good value for money

Cons:

Easier way to pay pool side for drinks. Would appreciate more activities for children during the day

Ein rundum toller Urlaub 🧳!
Pros:

Jeden Tag neue, weiche, duftende Handtücher. Zimmer und Hotel blitzsauber! Buffet ein Traum.
Es gibt eine kleine Auswahl an kostenlosen Getränken zum Abendessen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Am Hotel gibt es nichts zu meckern. Einzig und allein der kurze Weg zum Strand könnte etwas ansprechender gestaltet werden.
