Very modern and clean hotel with room for improvement in service
Pros:

Very modern and clean hotel in walking distance of airport
The gym provided was in great state and had proper equipment
The transport provided to Moynaq was comfortable and reasonably priced

Cons:

Communication with the hotel was poor, some of my messages were left unreplied
Breakfast buffet contained ice cold eggs, as the heating plates were not switched on
The personell on the check in day was very polite, but the young boy on check out date was quite rude, knew neither English nor Russian and rushed me out of my room by knocking three times in 5 minutes

Pros:

Завтрак отличный! Можно заказать кофе. Чисто. Новый отель. Уборку делали каждый день и добавляли воду и моющие средства без напоминания.

Excellent hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were kind and helpful. The location was convenient, and everything was well organized. I had a good rest before my exam, which was very important for me. Thank you for your hospitality! I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel
Pros:

We book this hotel mainly because we have to catch a flight in the early morning. The hotel is located just opposite the airport, with a 5-minute walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. Small shops and markets nearby.

Cons:

Room still a bit warm with the air conditioning. But maybe this is not the problem of hotel but the city is just too hot. It was 41 degrees celsius when visited there

the food

Cons:

beds were a bit uncomfortable. in general it was ok. i think they sometimes used single beds as doouble by merge, which made it uncomfortable
