Pros:

Very helpful staff. Went above and beyond to take care of us. Thank you for doing our laundry 🙏

Cons:

I think a laundry room for visitors, it will help us wash and dry our clothes since every family is there for water or beach activities, especially when staying for few days.

It was a very pleasant and calm experience. Good place for relaxing and spend peaceful time.

I like the place a lot, only thing I didn’t like was the beach, but that is not property’s fault. Place was excellent and treatment was great!

Pros:

Me gustó que es accesible y cerca de todo. Mientras que ofrece un ambiente privado. Tiene piscina y eso era muy importante para nosotros. Además cerca de la playa. Súper!

Cons:

La piscina no estaba tan limpia, las toallas de baño y las sábanas no eran de buena calidad. Las fundas de almohada estaban sucias. Siento que esos pequeños detalles hacen la diferencia.

La primera noche nos dio mucho frío porque solo teníamos dos sábanas finas. La segunda noche la chica de mantenimiento nos dió una frisa (gracias por eso). Por lo demás nos gustó mucho.

Me gustó el trato y su ubicación está perfecta . Las personas muy atenta y todos los días un buen día no faltaba . El dueño muy amable y al pendiente de todo.

Cons:

En realidad solo el baño considero que el lavamanos y el inodoro está muy pegado y no había casi espacio .

If there is another time. We will request a room with the balcony and will ensure towels are white and not dingy color.

We always stay here when we come to Rincon. However this time around our room was located in the parking area. Did not like at all!

The room was located in the parking area. No balcony . In addition the towels were dingy. They were not white as they should for your customers. We went to the reception area and got them replaced.

Excelente localidad
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Nos quedamos en la el Guest House y pudimos disfrutar de la piscina solo para nosotros. Mantenimiento iba todo los días a limpiar y dejarnos toallas limpias. La cocina equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina y demás. Cada cuarto tiene su baño aparte. Walk-in distance de la playa y restaurantes.

Cons:

Pudieran mejorar las cortinas de los cuartos para más privacidad. No tenían mapo, ni cubo de agua para uno poder mantener los pisos limpios en cualquier momento que fuese necesario limpiar algún derrame.

Good but not great.

The location was good. Nice place.

Cons:

The bar across the building serve the worst piña colada I’ve ever had. Also it was hard to sleep because everyone around still playing music until 3 and 4am. In our room they’ve changed a tv and it was damaged and never replaced it with the new one in our stay so no TV. The hot water it wasn’t hot. They clean the room but sometimes still sand on the floor.
