اولا يوجد اعمل بناء بالجوار ومزعجه بعض الشي
ثانيا شبابيك الغرف لم يتم تركيبها بشكل جيد ويتسرب منها الهواء وصوت الشارع المزعج ولم يكن هناك عزل جيد رغم انني في الدور 17
ثالثا لا يوجد موظفين استقبال كان حامل الحقائب هو من يسجل دخولي ويحمل حقائبي ويعمل جميع الوظائف
يتم الاتصال بي وطلب الخروج من الساعه 11 ونصف رغم انه كان موعد صلاه جمعه لم يتم الانتظار حتى لبعد الصلاه
ام يتم توفير سليبر او ادوات اساسيه بالعدد المطلوب

النظافه مش ولا بد تعامل موظف الرسبشن تبع الليل سجلنا وصولنا وكان تعامله كأن محاسب ببقاله مو بفندق القيمه مقابل المكان مره غالي
النظافة والتعامل من الموظفين ممتاز والمطعم ممتاز
