The standard of food presentation was terrible not to the standard of previous marston inns we have visited and the food was warm not hot. My dish arrived with components missing. Your staff handled the problem to the best of their ability.

Pros:

Wet clean and staff were excellent

Cons:

A bit tatty as in scuff marks on walls - no lift if your upstairs like we were and small mould on edge of bath but tbh it was spotless

Pros:

Staff are always friendly and helpful, perfect location , clean and tidy rooms . Gave us extra room key for my dad's room in case of emergency.

Cons:

Not a big issue but had a last minute room change for us to the upstairs but thankfully kept my disabled dad downstairs in accessible room which was great .
