Keine Klimaanlage. Wegen dem nächtlichen strassenlärm konnte ich das Fenster nicht öffnen. Im Zimmer war es sehr heiß

Pros:

Ein einfaches aber sehr ordentliches und sauberes Hotel! Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl. Da ich einen späteren Termin am Check Out Tag hatte, durfte ich später auschecken. Das war sehr entgegenkommend!

La disponibilità in fase di prenotazione della richiesta di alcuni optional nella camera.
Disponibilità telefonica h24 in reception.
Posizione ottima ben servita.
Pulito e confortevole.

Cons:

La mancanza di una persona fissa in reception , ma chiamando al telefono posto in reception risolvono tutto se si tratta di informazioni, non ho avuto necessità immediate da risolvere che avrebbero comportato la disponibilità di personale.
Prima di prenotare non ho mai ricevuto risposte via mail. A seguito della chiamata telefonica per avere informazioni sulla possibilità di avere un frigo bar per motivi medici, confermata la possibilità, ho proceduto alla prenotazione.
