La mancanza di una persona fissa in reception , ma chiamando al telefono posto in reception risolvono tutto se si tratta di informazioni, non ho avuto necessità immediate da risolvere che avrebbero comportato la disponibilità di personale.
Prima di prenotare non ho mai ricevuto risposte via mail. A seguito della chiamata telefonica per avere informazioni sulla possibilità di avere un frigo bar per motivi medici, confermata la possibilità, ho proceduto alla prenotazione.
L'emplacement proche du lac de Constance, la literie, le parking, l'excellent petit déjeuner.

Good value for money. Hotel has everything necessary, it's clean and the bed is comfortable. Mr. Reto at the reception is a very nice and kind person. Location perfect for my needs
The showers are a bit outdated. Working and clean, but at least the shower heads could be renovated.
