Very good breakfasts and dinners , kindness of bar staff near the reception and friendly room service. Spacious dining area. Clean bed and room. Excellent play room for children, could be open earlier not from 9am, maybe from 8am.the one with screen protector.
Customers entering saunas dressed in swimwear without ( no one control it, there is a signage info however) , continued repair of cooling cave near saunas for days. During the repair the changing room being unavailable as well. After sauna session the need to dress up is n the changing room in order to use buckets room. Would be better to just hang the towel used in sauna in the bucket room and make half hight tinted window/glass in there. Check in staff not all of them speak with kindness, should not be charge for internal car park for hotel guests. General impression the water facilities not improved/refreshed for years, costly rooms with outdated interiors , those with rear forest views, however clean and tidy. Cosmetics without character however provided accordingly to the usage

Wszystko było pięknie nawet syn dobrze się bawił z radości i pyszne jedzienie było dużo wyboru
Ubytování v klidné části na kopci, měli jsme vše, co jsme potřebovali. Pro děti vyžití nádherného dětského koutku na dvě části, každé dítě si najde to své (téma nakupování, cukrárna, skládání kostek, veterina, kuchař, automechanik, farma, domeček s kuličkami, film na plátně a další).
Snídaně i večeře formou bufetu, skvělé, každý si vybere od slaného po sladké.
K dispozici máte v hotelu auqapark Tropicana - vířivky, bazény, tobogány, sauny, solné jeskyně atd. v kryté části a pak vířivky a bazény s barem na střeše, kde si užijete venkovní teploty.
Místnost pro kola také k dispozici (vždy vám musí otevřít jeden ze zaměstnanců).
Každý ubytovaný má svoji kartu-jsou potřeba hlavně do aquaparku, kde každý dostane svůj náramkový čip.
I rozkládací gauč byl pohodlný.
Všichni zaměstnanci milí a ochotní.
Jedny z nejlepších cyklostezek, po kterých jsme jeli.

Czystość okien przy jacuzzi pozostawia trochę do życzenia -zacieki i pajęczyny nie wyglądają najlepiej😜

Picit retro az egész szálloda. Több csúzda nem működött és már érik a felújítása.
Obsługa jak zawsze miła,widoki z balkonu cudowne.
Jedzenie podupadło,w stosunku do ubjegłych lat.Kanały TV jest tvn,Polsat i inne,nie ma TV Republika,Trwam .
