Your Swiss-Mexican home away from home
Pros:

This was the most homely stay we had in our four weeks in Mexico. The Swiss owner Yasmine made my son and me feel most welcome. As we were the only guest that day/night we could use the large living room and even the Netflix to relax in the large lounge sofas as if we were at home in Denmark. Everything (incl the pool and the bar area) was clean to a Swiss standard. As I after two Mexican Margaritas, expertly made by Yasmine 🤩, could not drive to the nearest restaurant anymore, Yasmine even made a Mexican dinner for me and my son.

Cons:

Be aware that the next good restaurant - or even the beach - might be a bit too far away for walking, especially late at night...

Hidden gem
Pros:

Hidden gem and super affordable especially if like us you have lots of activities planned. Family friendly - kids loved the dogs, fantastic surroundings in a quiet and cosy area. Host was super attentive, accommodating and caring, ensured we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and so was the dinner the host freshly cooked for us on one of the nights.

Cons:

Nothing - but keep in mind there is nothing around the property and would need to get a taxi to get to restaurants etc which was not a problem for us at all.

Fantastic stay close to Tulum
Pros:

Great little piece of heaven a bit outside of Tulum. Nice and quiet location. Owner very kind and helpful. Great facilities.

Wonderful boutique hotel with large rooms and delightful relaxation areas with a large pool, sun loungers, bar and dining space.

The owners made our stay so enjoyable, we would highly recommend a stay at this tranquil hotel.

Pros:

Fabulous personal welcome by Yasmine to her jungle paradise. Palms and bird song, excellent margaritas (and anything else you might desire), fabulous lush breakfasts and even a stellar italian dinner. Excellent blend of sociability and quiet serene decks and nooks.

There are only positives about Yasmine and her property!

Pros:

Yasmine was the most exceptional hostess. She was very attentive to us and went above and beyond to provide for our needs (and wants) I enjoyed her stories that she shared with us. The property is kept immaculately. Thank goodness we were provided with mosquito spray!

Cons:

No hot water in the shower the first half of our stay but it did get sorted so all was well.

Une expérience fantastique et inoubliable !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à la villa Mexicana.
Yasmine nous a accueillis comme des amis, avec une générosité et une gentillesse rares.
La villa est superbe, reposante et confortable. Tout est fait pour se sentir comme Ă  la maison. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques.
Les petits déjeuners et les dîners faits maison par Yasmine sont copieux et délicieux.
Yasmine a mis toute son énergie pour nous satisfaire, aussi bien à la villa que lors des superbes plongées dans les cenotes.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir séjourner chez elle.

Devoir partir tant nous nous sentions bien.
