Avoidable unless you have run out of better but cheaper alternatives
Pros:

Location. It's just 3 minutes walking distance from Gate no.2. ( ideal for Seniors ). Food a Restaurant is alright although a tad expensive. Staff was courteous. The reception area is neat and clean. Drivers are permitted to stay in the dormitory for Rs 300 per night.

Cons:

The road outside the hotel is badly dug up and we had to walk over wet mud and gravel to access the temple gate. Cars could enter from the rear gate using alternative road.
Bathrooms are outdated. Plumbing was bad with leaking faucets. Toiletries were non-branded non -Standard items that were smelling of some obnoxious chemicals. We used our personal care items. The standard kit was missing ( no tooth paste or brush or disposable shaving set). Thankfully we had our personal set. Hot water is available from a centralised tank after 2 am. There is no geyser in the room. Hence we can't get hot water post noon. There is no shower curtain to keep rest of the bathroom dry. The toilet flush would need manual intervention to stop flow. Pricewise the hotel charges premium rates for stays ( Check in is after 2 and check out before 12 unlike some hotels that permit 24 hour stays). Breakfast is chargeable despite a steep tariff. The only redeeming feature is hotel offers a 15% discount on food purchased at the restaurant. Not Value For Money.
The AC and Fans were noisy. Maintenance and Equipment audit were not up to date.

Clean, affordable and very close to the temple

Pros:

Location to temple was the only positive thing and manager hari was good

Cons:

Bad washrooms. Tv not working , very very small and showers don't work inspite of the premium rooms and prices.
