The best accommodation we had in Armenia. I absolutely recommend this hotel. It's an excellent base for exploring southern Armenia. Everything was spotless and sparkling clean. Towels, toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers were provided, as well as complimentary water, tea, coffee, and a kettle. The Wi-Fi was good, and free parking was available. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were very kind and helpful and spoke very good English. If I ever return to this part of Armenia, I know where I'll stay.
We stayed during a cold and rainy period, and the room was rather chilly as there was no heating.

Čisté, pohodlné ubytování, milá slečna v recepci, která mluví plynule anglicky, blízko centra města. Snídaně bufetová v hezkém prostředí, na stolech krásné živé květiny,všechno dostatek , parkoviště u hotelu. Doporučuji.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Alles war hervorragend – das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Obst, das wir als Willkommensgeschenk erhalten haben.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Außerdem war das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
A unique destination for cultural tourism. Hotel Basen offers comfortable and cozy accommodations and an excellent starting point for visiting unique sites such as Shaki Waterfall, Zorats Karer, and the sacred site of Tatev Monastery.
Breakfast is excellent - with a wide selection of fruits, beverages, nuts, omelets, and wonderful Armenian coffee. The rooms with private bathrooms are located in small buildings and offer guests privacy. The mattresses are exceptionally comfortable. Complimentary water is provided for every guest every day, as well as fruit in the room.
Great parking option - included in the booking offer. The hotel staff are smiling, friendly, and attentive - they respond to any questions. Cleanliness in the hotel is excellent.
The bathroom equipment could be updated. In one of the rooms we stayed in, the hot water pressure was insufficient - precisely because of the outdated plumbing system. The care of the staff and the maintenance of excellent cleanliness cannot compensate for such details.
We stayed at Basen Hotel for 2 nights and overall everything was great. The staff was absolutely exceptional, very kind, and helpful. They truly made our stay special. The room was completely fine, and the bed was especially very comfortable. We had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel in Sisian. The rooms are in separated houses from the main building, which is a restaurant as well. Parking is available inside the property. Breakfast was ok.
