מלון מושלם מיקום מעולה בתחילת רחוב קרול. חדרים יפה,מיטה נוחה, מרפסת עם נוף מדהים לעיר ולהרים .ספא מפנק עם 2 בריכות מקורות ,2 גקוזי , סאונה רטובה ויבשה המסעדות במלון נהדרות רמה גבוהה .ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת.הצוות מאוד נחמד ואדיב מומלץ בחום.
הטמפטורה של המים בגקוזי לא מספיק חם
We had a great experience at Hotel International Sinaia. We requested connecting rooms in advance and were given perfect rooms for our needs. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and the room was spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the pool and spa. We would definitely love to come back!

No se podía bajar la temperatura del aire acondicionado, a pesar de modificarla manualmente, se seguía manteniendo a 25 grados. Hacía mucho calor.

Nothing to like
We were extremely disappointed with our stay and decided to leave one day earlier because of the poor quality of the services.
Although we booked and paid for a room for three people, the room was far too small and felt more like an attic than a four-star hotel room. It was prepared for only two guests, with just two towels and two bathrobes. When we asked to change rooms, the only alternative offered had no air conditioning, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
Housekeeping was very poor. Our room was never cleaned during our stay, and the towels were replaced only after we asked twice at reception. To make matters worse, the window could not be opened, so there was no way to ventilate the room.
The parking capacity is insufficient for the size of the hotel. Even though we left one day early and the hotel kept the payment for the unused night (around €150), we were still charged for parking, without any goodwill gesture.
Breakfast offers a reasonable variety, but the quality is average and does not match the hotel's prices or four-star rating. Both restaurants also required advance reservations.
What disappointed us the most was the complete lack of interest in guest satisfaction. When we checked out a day early, nobody asked why we were leaving or whether there had been any issues.
Overall, the hotel appears to be poorly managed. It lacks the attention to detail and level of service expected from a four-star property. The prices are comparable to excellent hotels across Europe, but the service and overall guest experience are far below that standard.
Unfortunately, the value for money is very poor. We would not return and cannot recommend this hotel.

מלון ממוקם קרוב למרכז העיר , מאוד נקי, צוות מצויין ומאוד עוזר . ארוחת בוקר הכי טובה שחוונו ברומניה. חדרים יפים וגדולים. יש ספא ובריכה במלון.
ברוב התגובות אורחים כותבים , אך המלון לצערי לא עושה כלום עם הטמפרטורה גם של המים וגם בג'קוזי וגם בכלל באיזור הבריכה. קר מאוד ולא נעים ולא במים ולא בחוץ. לא ברור מדוע לא עושים שיפור כזה פשוט , כדי שיהיה כיף ואנשים יוכלו להנות מלא. בטוחה שאז היו מכפילים כמות הזמנות.
Meilleur hôtel de Sinaia! Je viens ici deux fois par an depuis plusieurs années. Je n’ai jamais été déçue. On nous accorde à chaque fois un late check-out et c’est très appréciable. Les piscines sont très agréables.
