Hotel deosebit in Sinaia
Pros:

Hotelul oferă servicii deosebit, de la camere cu un design plăcut pana la curățenie, mic dejun si personal foarte amabil.
Vom mai reveni cu siguranță.
SPAul in timpul săptămânii este aproape liber. Doamnele care au grija de SPzA foarte atente, curatenie exemplara.
Poziționare foarte buna, astfel ca priveliștea este asupra întregii stațiuni.

Cons:

Temperatura apei in piscina cam scăzută. La fel si temperatura in interiorul centrului SPA era destul de scăzută.
Prezenta animalelor in hotel, lasate nesupravegheate, nu fac cinste hotelului. Degeaba se semnează un protocol, daca animalele sunt lăsate in camera si fac gălăgie, zgârie mobila. Ne-a fost oferita o alta camera, prin amabilitatea personalului din recepție.

Am petrecut la dumneavoastra un sejur excelent.

Micul dejun foarte bun si diversificat. Locatia excelenta.
Am mai fost cazata la dumneavoastra si am sa mai revin.

Cons:

In timpul saptamanii o parte din spatiul restaurantului este restrans si daca nu ajungi la prima ora nu mai gasesti loc la geam. Panorama este foarte frumoasa dar daca nu gasesti loc la geam, degeaba.

Plăcut, odihnitor, de revenit aici.
Pros:

Totul a fost așa cum trebuie: mic dejun excelent, variat și abundent, camera confortabilă, curățenia exemplară, design deosebit. Nu am fost la SPA, nu suntem amatori, dar am observat facilitățile deosebite și apreciate de turiști.

Nu am nimic de remarcat negativ.
