Krásný hotel, zařízení velmi pěkné
Nikdo z personálu nepozdravil, když nás potkal. Při snídani v 8,30 hod už nebyly čisté hrnky, všechny byly špinavé na baru, museli jsme si o hrnky na kávu říct. Káva ze strojů byla nedobrá, pravděpodobně nebyly stroje dlouho čištěné. Stoly byly umaštěné, viděla jsem, že personál stoly uklízí tak, že smetáčkem smetl drobky na zem a takto uklízel všechny stoly, ale kolečka od skleniček zůstávala. Na většině stolů chyběly ubrousky, musela jsem si najít stůl, kde ještě byly a přinést si je. Vybrali jsme si toto ubytování hlavně kvůli bazénu na fotce, ale bazény byly prázdné. Ve sprše kolem odpadu to klouzalo, evidentně nebylo vyčištěno. Když to shrnu, hotel pěkný, personál velmi bídný. Absolutně neprofesionální.

Csendes környék, nagyon nagy tisztaság, kedves személyzet, kényelmes ágy. Reggeli svédasztalos reggeli, bőven van választék. Nem mellesleg kedves fogadtatásban volt részünk a két kutyus, cicák által:)

Worst expierience ever. I booked hotel to enjoy the pool area. At the time was not written that I would find the pool empty and another small pool green and filthy. I complained and wanted my money back but did not get refund. The hotel was 20min far from centre by car and if you want enjoy Skopje better to book a central hotel because parking is difficult. Do not believe photos on web because they are not true

Oda anahtarları çok eski ve içeriden kitlemek zorundasınız aynı anahtar ile.
Kahvaltısı vasat sayılabilir herşey var ama kalitesi çok düşük.

The only positive thing was that the room was somewhat clean.
There was no hot water, and even though we contacted reception about it at least five times, every time we were told it would be fixed within 5 minutes. Despite this, there was still no hot water throughout the entire night. The air conditioning was not working either.
The location was very far from the city center, and the restaurant was also far from the rooms. Additionally, the hotel was located right next to a cemetery.
