When we arrived first elevator wasn’t working, water was missing due to technical issues, but all was resolved very fast.

Er is wel er restaurant en bar maar deze waren beide gesloten
We stayed at this hotel in Skopje and overall had a good experience. The location was a bit further from the center than I initially expected, but it wasn’t a problem for us and didn’t affect our stay.
The room itself was excellent – clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The only thing missing was proper storage space in the bathroom, as there were no shelves for toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient.
Breakfast was decent, although a bit limited in variety. The tables also weren’t always properly cleaned, which could be improved. On the positive side, we really enjoyed the pool – it was a great bonus and made the stay more relaxing.

Friendly staff doing their best under difficult circumstances. Not far from the motorway. It doesn't cost much. Air conditioning works.
Where to start?
No hot water two days out of three. Electrical fittings dropping off the wall. Room not clean on arrival - cleaning materials still in the shower. Bar does not serve coffee - in Macedonia, unbelievable. Bar prices double downtown Skopje. Area is not good with fly-tipping and unfinished building sites. Breakfast poor - even the ajvar was too salty. Orange juice ran out two mornings. Lots of flies on the buffet.

Never cleaned our room didn’t bring towels and toilet paper. We were there for four days. Also, my daughter’s AirPods were stolen. Mole everwhere

The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, which made it quiet and relaxing, but still accessible to major attractions The location is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle of Skopje.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfy bed and great amenities
Service was excellent; the team made me feel right at home ,
I didn't have a chance to use the spa, but it looked amazing.
Breakfast was great, with a good selection of local and international options
Considering the price, I felt it offered good value for money
