عدم تظيف الزجاج من داخل الجناح ولايوجد في دورة المياه فرشة اسنان ولا الامشاط وايضاً لايوجد ماء للشرب الضيافه ولا القهوة وعدم التجاوب والرد على الاتصال من قبل الاستقبال
الفندق مرتب ونظيف، والاستقبال ممتاز ومتعاونين وشكر خاص للاخت فاطمة، تسجيل الدخول والخروج سهل وسريع وخدمة الغرف جيدة وكثير من الخدمات قريبة جدا
تحتاج الغرف لاستبدال التلفزيونات القديمة بتلفزيونات ذكية ويشوفون حل لكيبل النت المتصل بالتلفزيون

من الفنادق التي أحب أن أنزل فيها لسهولة الوصول للمولات ويوجد مواقف مجانية والمسبح جدا ممتاز لأطفال وعدم وجود زحمه في المنطقة وسهولة تسجيل الدخول في الفندق والنت سريع جدا

القيمة مقابل مستوى الفندق تعتبر عالية الفندق قديم نوعاً دورات المياة ليست بمستوى فندق من فنادق هيلتون البانيو يتجمع فيه الماء التصريف غير جيد وسقف الحمام يخرج منه ماء وتم استدعاء الصيانه واصلاحه ، ادوات العناية غير كامله لابد من طلبها من خدمة الغرف ، الحقائب لا يوجد الا موظف واحد مما يتسبب في تاخر نقل الحقائب ، والدخول الى الفندق يتطلب انتظار طويل لعدم توفر غرف جاهزة

المكان جميل ، وتعامل الموظفين قمة في الاحترام والرقي والاحترافية.
المكان يحتاج عناية أكبر في التنظيف، وصيانة الكهرباء في الغرف ، وكذلك صيانة بعض صنابير المياه في دورات المياه، ويرجى متابعة أعمال النظافة داخل الغرف، وهناك روائح كريهة من جهة مدخل المواقف لو يتم التعامل معها لأنها لم تكن مؤقتة بل موجودة طيلة فترة إقامتي، وشكرًا لرحابة صدركم ..
قربة من المول والغرف واسعة
القيمة مرتفعة مقابل مستوى الفندق دورات المياة قديمة البانيو يوجد فيه سدد وايضا سقف الحمام ينقط ماء الدخول الى الفندق ياخذ وقت طويل خدمات الغرف بطيئة وادوات الحمام غير متوفرة لابد ان تقوم بطلبها
كثيرمن مؤظفي الفندق يحتاجون تدريب وتاهيل . وخاصة مؤظفي الاستقبال . حيث ان ليس لديهم صلاحيات في انجاز طلبات النزلاء وهذا قد يكون من اخطاء ادارة الفندق في تحييد صلاحياتهم. Many hotel staff members need training and qualification, especially reception staff, as they lack the authority to fulfill guest requests. This may be a mistake on the part of hotel management in limiting their powers.
