Small room considering what we had booked and paid for.
Location is wonderful and the pool area is gorgeous.
The sauna / cold plunges are not included and $80 extra (for an hour). The rooms are small and the bathrooms are tiny. The housekeeping staff did the bare minimum each day. Not worth the $800 a night even though upgraded due to Ambassador status.

Absolutely loved our room facing the ocean, very comfortable bed, nice balcony overlooking the pool, and the location was perfect.
The pickleball courts and spa weren’t open yet - so that would be an extra bonus.
The facilities are amazing. Bedroom with ocean view is stunning. Spa and pool are beautiful. Great place for a staycation.
Sunloungers by the pool are such a nice big size and very comfy.
Nothing it was great - they may need more sun loungers our couches in summertime.

Minor issue only: Room wasn’t made up properly from the previous use whenever that was. It had previous guests invoices and letter still on the table and the table fruit was all moldy. Also only 2 towels for 4 people.
The hotel room was very clean and new, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.
Initially, we were given a lower-level room, but the staff later kindly moved us to a higher floor, which was a significant improvement. We really appreciated their help.
On our first morning at breakfast, the restaurant appeared to be short-staffed, and our used plates were not cleared or replaced. Hopefully this area will be improved.
There were limited seating options by the swimming pool. At times, it was difficult to find available lounge chairs when the area was busy. It would be great if more seating could be provided for guests. And there was also limited shade by the pool area. With not enough umbrellas or shaded spots, it could get quite uncomfortable under the sun, especially during warmer hours.
