Enjoyed my stay but probably won’t go back

Wedding Group week stay
Pros:

Location was on point staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating to our large group staying for a wedding would highly recommend Rama Gardens and look forward to returning

Pleasant stay, nice room, good quiet pool.
Pros:

The room and staff were lovely.
I had one lunch at the hotel and breakfast each day as I was busy elsewhere.

Cons:

Unfortunately, Legian is not really for me. Nothing to do with the hotel it's simply the location.

Pros:

Excellent quiet boutique style hotel. Perfect location in Legian. Spacious, well appointed rooms with lovely staff. Very comfortable beds and all rooms have filtered hot and cold water for drinks. Highly recommend in all areas.

Cons:

I asked the reception if I could watch a Premier league match at 7.30 on the following day and was promised a couple of screens to watch my favourite football team. The next day I went to reception at 7.00 pm To confirm every thing was still OK, only to be told that every tv in the hotel was showing Aussie rules, and not one tv could be scared for my premier league game even though the hotel bar was not very crowded. This has happened to me before in Bali and I won't be going back there in the future. I no longer trust Balinese staff to keep their promises

Pros:

As a returning guest I was thrilled to receive a hand written note welcoming me home and a bowl of fruit . The bed is so comfortable . The hotel is small enough that you don't feel overwhelmed and you can mix with other guests around the pool if you choose . The atmosphere is lovely and they have live music and a good variety of food for the buffet breakfast and on the menu .
