We stayed the one night and went elsewhere. If you don't care about your room, it is ok.
Pros:

The facilities - pools, grounds etc were very nice.

Cons:

The room was awful and not what we expected given how attractive the pools and grounds were. The photo of the room was misleading.

Great place to stay with children. Close to beach and shopping areas.
Pros:

Location was great, just a walk across the road and you were there for sunset. Just a short walk to Garlic Lane and Double 6 for shopping.

Cons:

Our first booking was for an apartment which was dark, cold and depressing. We were moved after one night, unfortunately the next room was lovely, had a lovely garden view but the people above us were extremely noisy. So again we had to move, Staff were accommodating and we ended up in a lovely pool view room. It was my husbands birthday on our last day, we came back to the room to a lovely card and cake.

I would stay again as it's great value for money and great location.
Pros:

I liked the grounds and they have put anti slip mats around the pool. The location is really good. Close to everything.

Cons:

My shower was so weak and very hot. And my friends were either too strong or was coming out at the worst angle.
The breakfast could be a little better with the fruit selection particularly and coffee.

For budget conscious people, the Jayakarta is a great choice and the staff will look after you ❤️
Pros:

Location is amazing and the resort is huge. The staff are wonderful

Cons:

The quality of the food is not great. The breakfast choices are basic, the nightly buffets which our group tried were basic but reasonably priced.

The walls between rooms are thin and we could hear everything happening in the rooms either side of us
