Pros:

The location is perfect. We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade, and the room was great! The facilities, staff and the buffet breakfast we all very enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The air con leaked in our room but it was swiftly fixed.

Great location and central to everything.
Beautiful big grounds and old Balinese style.

Cons:

Requested one bed and ground floor but never got either. Had to pay extra for beach end but others in the group never had to.

Amazing stay, I will definitely stay again
Pros:

Beautiful gardens, location and staff. Excellent and trustworthy money exchange with a great rate.

Cons:

Absolutely minor however would love some different milk offerings for coffee and tiles around pool were very slippery when wet

Too many bogans and drunks in Legian
Pros:

Gardens and staff were amazing. Pools were nice. Room service options were good.

Cons:

Rooms were old. Mouldy, smelly and no hot water on one room. Breakfast was tasty but options were limited. Areas of disrepair throughout the hotel. Noisy due to the amount of alcohol consumption in and around the hotel. Not my best trip to Bali.

Check in staff need to honor the room as was advertised and not put you in some other horrid room.
Pros:

Breakfast and pool area great. Good location, staff lovely.

Cons:

When we check in the room we were given was in no way the room we had booked and didn't resemble website. Balcony Not overlooking pool or garden area that we had booked. Instead, balcony was looking at a bank of noisy dirty air conditioner units and the room was dark and musty. Corridors were full of rubbish and discarded furnishings and was close to the main entrance way. We never did get the room we booked and paid for. The porter did manage to move us to a smaller room with garden views that was not an apartment. No refund was offered. Very disappointed with check in staff.

When we needed to change rooms they let us. They were very kind and it was a fun lively atmosphere. The beach was very close and the breakfast fantastic. The dinner menu also good and entertainment
