The staff were lovely.
Nothing
部屋からプールが近くビーチへも出やすかった
部屋の水回り、特に排水が悪かった
TVのチャンネルにNHKがなかった、映画が少なかった
Great location
Nothing really for price and location cannot complain
Nice and quiet. Close to everything.
It needs upgraded. Getting very tired looking.
Pools were great
Very dated
Great central location. Resort has many great features. Pools were great, staff very helpful and friendly. Easy access to beach. Great local restaurants and shopping.
We have stayed here twice before, 1998 & 2013. I would say even though rooms are comfy, they are showing their age and could use a little renovation . The pool areas could definitely do either more pool lounge chairs as it was difficult to get any at times.
the location of the hotel was great, have stayed there many times. Breakfast was pretty good with variety changed in the indonesian food daily.
the rooms themselves are dated and need a little updating, lukewarm water only even after requesting to have this looked at, slippery tiles around the pool is a concern.
Good location
Tired and out dated needs a reno
That it had a lot of atmosphere.
Pools were great
Location was great
Not much I didn’t like
The location was good
The room was very old, loud music playing until 10pm, holes in bed sheets, dirty lounge chairs. We left after 20 minutes of arriving.
Great location. Great price. Lovely staff. Good facilities and food. Our room was good, great bed, air con, fridge.
The staff absolutely so beautiful and kind! The pools are great with kids! The restaurant is always delicious
The rooms are abit aged but still clean and looked after
The fact that they put me in a room right next to the pub,no sound proofing on windows couldnt sleep till 1am everynight because of live music.
Disgusting
The location is great.
The original room I booked was supposed to be a suite with a “terrace”. I think they’re playing fast and loose with that description. It was a tiny balcony with a tiny railing. The room and bathroom smelled bad. It was like being in a prison cell (I imagine) The remotes were dirty and there were bare electrical wires coming out of the wall. I’m not naive- I’ve been to Bali a million times and have lived here for months at a time. I think it needs to be made clear on the website where you are actually booking the room. I am aware of the apartments at the Jayakarta but it was not stated that this room was located there. Also when we were checking in, the staff member took all of our paperwork, stapled it and then put it down. She then wandered off to the bathroom. When she came back I asked her should we sit down- she asked were we checking in- I said yes- she asked did we fill out a form- I said yes you just took it! There ensued a 5 minute search for our paperwork etc which she had placed under the counter. It was a debacle. After we got to the original room, I got on booking.con and immediately booked a different room in the main building. This one was much nicer.
