Pros:

it had everything i needed, location was perfect, it was clean

Cons:

i was staying in the room underground and there was unpleasant smell, from sewage i would say, that was the only minus

also i’d appreciate a clearer instruction on AC i couldn’t get it to turn off, or it was randomly turning back on

Very Bad Night's Sleep and Poor Customer Service
Pros:

The room was a decent size and comfortable, but this was detracted from by the significant noise from the underground along with vibration until 1am and resuming at 5.30am.

Significant noise from the underground along with vibration until 1am and resuming at 5.30am. I asked for a change of room but was told there were none available. I was offered earplugs, which I was already using. The noise and vibration made it impossible to sleep. I sought a refund and was told to email. I was then told I was being overly sensitive, and that they could not give me a full refund, despite the entire point of a hotel stay being to have a decent night's sleep. I was useless at work the next day. Shocking customer service with no responses to emails. Will be claiming the cost of my stay.

Pros:

• the location - good access to transport and not far from decent bars, restaurants and coffee shops (although that's pretty universal across London)
• it was clean, functional and reasonable value for money.

Cons:

• the elevator was down, and I'm lazy and travel with a big bag.
• the size of the room - it's probably the smallest legal square footage they can get away with before it's classified as a cupboard.
