Good stay
Pros:

Location near main road easy to find.
Spacious room comfortable for family.
Room and toilet clean and tidy.

Cons:

Limited parking space.
Minus point about the location since it is near the main road it got very noisy at night especially late night because some idiots used the road as their racing track. Also the lorry honk was very loud and woke me up every hour in shock.
Lift at the facility was so small if you bring more than 3 need to take more then one trip.
Air-conditioner was not cool enough to cover the spacious family room.
Iron was not provided in the room and have to request from the recep. So better request upon check in so that you don't have to go to the recep to collect the iron.

It was a good stay value for money
Pros:

It was centre of the town very near to most of the places. Unit was clean and spacious. The Indian lady at the receptionist was kind and understanding enough

Cons:

The mattress and pillow was really hard
