We stayed here to attend a concert in the O2. It was a great location, about a 10 minute bus ride from the O2. The rooms

An unreasonable manager who thinks it acceptable to steal from customers.

Cons:

This hotel stole money from me. I booked ONE night for ONE person. There was a glitch in the system and for some reason I ended up with two rooms in my name. Despite trying to reason with the lady at the bar; and communicate with the manager, they failed to accept this as a mistake and refused refund one of the rooms. I find that to be quite unfair and unreasonable. The receptionist questioned it when I checked in but the managed seems to think this is normal. Booking.com have, one again, been hopeless at resolving it.

Friendly clean and good atmosphere
Pros:

Photos on profile for rooms didn’t do it justice. Staff were really friendly. Lush clean rooms. Pub downstairs has a huge selection of drinks and although breky isn’t included there is cafes along the street. Good location for getting in and around London. Bus route right outside.

Super friendly and lovely staff. An incredibly unique atmosphere. I absolutely love this place!
Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Unfortunately, one of the beds was very uncomfortable. The street can also be quite noisy if you sleep with the window open.

Avoid! Not worth the price!

The location is fantastic!

Cons:

Because of the location the price is extortionate for what you get. The place needs a serious renovation. Loose floorboards under the carpet, broken windows, the toilet makes a huge noise when you flush it, and it’s hotter than the underground. It was sweltering, and the one fan provided didn’t do much. Combined with that, someone come into the room while I was resting and my daughter was showering. Apparently it was the housekeeper but I was a bit confused as to why, when it was past the check in time!

Excellent spot to stay for Greenwich, especially if going to the O2
Pros:

2nd floor room - was overlooking main road, but couldn't hear any traffic noise. Room & communal areas were clean & tidy.
Bed was very comfortable, so a good night's sleep

Ideal para conciertos en el O2, bus 129 te deja en 15 min, personal muy agradable, habitación con pica, cama cómoda
