I liked how clean and comfy my bedroom was and how friendly the staff is. It's also a very easy walk to the 02 arena and its close to some shops for food and drinks which was nice.
The shower wasn't nice for me at all, the water was very hard and it didn't have a decent temperature, either very hot or just very cold, but other than that no issues.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. I like that a help book was provided with local trains and bus information.
As the weather was very warm, is was so nice to have a fan in the room.
It's not anything negative about the hotel, as it's always noisy in London. I think if you aren't used to hearing sirens or loud traffic at 5am, it was hard to get used to.
De locatie was goed om naar de o2 arena te gaan. Het personeel was vriendelijk, alles was dik in orde!

Single glazing windows were not great especially next to dual carriageway
Very close to O2 and cheap comparing other rates for a night in that area, clean, friendly staff, very comfortable would definitely consider it for my next gig.
only downside is slight uphill walk to the train station to get anywhere but uber is not that expensive to bigger tube stations and o2 itself
The room was large and very clean and tidy,We arrived quite late in the evening, around 8pm as we had attended a football match at Charlton Atlantic, We were very hungry,and we asked if they had any food on, unfortunately the kitchen had closed, but the very kind member of staff behind the bar,informed us that they had a menu for a local takeaway, that would deliver to the hotel/pub and that we could sit in the bar area to eat . The pizza we ordered arrived on time and was great! ,the staff were very helpful with sundries,cutlery etc. We had a wonderful stay!!
The only thing that slightly lets the hotel down, is the fact that the rooms have no bathroom facilities, the toilet being on the landing , but the toilet was very near to our room and was very clean. Not to much of a inconvenience!!
Staff gentile. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il "The O2 Arena". La fermata dei bus è a soli due minuti a piedi. Facile da raggiungere anche i ristoranti in zona

Stayed here before and would stay again. Well priced and good location for the O2 and London Marathon. Clean and comfortable.
