Great location for a short stay
Pros:

The location was perfect to the O2, the staff was very nice and accommodating and the room was big and comfortable.

Cons:

It was cold and noisy in my room as one of the windows did not close properly. They provided me with an extra radiator which helped.

Pros:

The staff were lovely and made it very easy for my overnight stay

Cons:

The walls were paper thin as I got woken up at 4:10am from the female next door being very loud whilst she was orgasming. I couldn’t get back to sleep so left at 4:30am

Location, very close to O2 and minutes walk from railway station.

Cons:

No hairdryer. Bed not very comfortable. Very noisy with busy road right outside, could do to fit extra glazing to minimise.

Lovely little hotel, would stay again.
Pros:

Good location, right next to bus stop. Lovely pub below. Couldn’t hear any noise at night. Had blackout curtains. Very comfy bed. Smooth check in.

Cons:

Window didn’t seem very secure but we were on 1st floor so not too worried.

Comfortable and value for money
Pros:

Lovely clean room and very welcoming

Cons:

Although we had our own bathroom there was a shared toilet right next to our room (34) and it was very noisy when used at night and early hours .

It was fab and served the exact purpose I needed.
Pros:

I loved interacting with the staff as well as other guests, and the atmosphere of the entire building was fantastic - very pretty and historic. The room was perfect as a singleton, cosy but with everything I'd need.

Cons:

Had a slight confusion about keys upon check out and the £50 hold made sense but admittedly was difficult financially.
