Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und die öffentlichen Bereiche sind schick und sauber. Mitarbeitende sind freundlich und das Bett ist bequem.
Leider war bei unserer Ankunft der Boden unseres Zimmers dreckig. Es lagen Dreck, Haare und andere Dinge herum. Wir haben am nächsten Tag den Zimmerservice bestellt, leider befand sich der Dreck danach aber einfach nur an einer anderen Stelle des Zimmers. Das ist sehr schwach für ein Hotel, das auf den ersten Blick so schick und gehoben wirkt.
Es hat außerdem etwas gemüffelt in unserem Zimmer. Das gute war, dass man die Fenster öffnen konnte zum Lüften, was ja nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Wir hatten uns auf den Pool gefreut, waren dann aber etwas enttäuscht, dass es keine Liegen gab. Der Pool ist insgesamt zwar lang, die Hälfte davon ist aber Nichtschwimmer-Bereich, der andere Teil ist auch nicht besonders tief.
Das Frühstück ist zwar vielfältig, es besteht aber zu 90% aus indonesischem Frühstück. Es wäre schön, würde es für europäische oder nicht-asiatische Gäste auch ein paar mehr, gesunde und leckere Optionen geben. Westliches Frühstück wie Toast oder Pancakes wurde als „Dessert“ deklariert, und war ein oder zwei Stunden nach Frühstück Beginn schon fast weg und wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Für den Preis empfanden wir es insgesamt mager.
Es wäre außerdem hilfreich, einige wichtige Informationen für internationale Gäste statt nur auf Indonesisch auch auf Englisch zu drucken. Beispielsweise die Sicherheitshinweise bei Notfällen im Aufzug oder auch die Informationen zu Handtüchern und Poolnutzung wären sehr hilfreich 😅

its ok, not very good or exclusive. tv is not always working. bathroom ok. noisy, also from kids tha play in the hallway and always music in the hallway that you can hear in the room? absolutely ridiculous. in the lobby ok, or if the rooms are noise isolated. its in many hotels in Indonesia, they just copy each other without knowing what the customers want. i want peace. i put my own music if i want music. i work online, than i dont need to be disturbed my music in the hall way? why? absolutely no reason at all.

Très bien ! La chambre était confortable et l’hôtel a été particulièrement arrangeant concernant l’heure du petit déjeuner, ce qui était vraiment appréciable.
Le personnel est aux petits soins.
Vous pouvez également dîner sur place : les portions sont généreuses et la qualité très bonne.
L’emplacement pourrait être meilleur.
La piscine est mal orientée et mal située dans l’hôtel.

The housekeeping need to improve
The room was really spacious and clean. Apart from that we felt that the hospitality was great. Let me explain:
We booked 3 nights with breakfast included. However, we had scheduled to do 2 day trips around Malang that made it impossible to have breakfast 2 out of 3 days. The people of the hotel immediately proposed to provide us with breakfast boxes outside of the window for breakfast (in one case at 04:00 am!). That was such a nice and helpful gesture! Moreover, the food was really well prepared and tasty. In summary, everything was to the point, but this beautiful gesture really made a difference and made us feel well treated.

Rooftop restaurant wasn’t very good.
Wifi was strong enough.The staff really helpful.Breakfast was tasteful.They let we played the Piano.We'll comeback soon !

Comfy bed, well equiped gym
Very loud outside (many mosques near the hotel) and inside (many people running around). The breakfast has not many european options, in the restaurant only one vegetarian option. You can‘t open the window and don‘t have a balcony.
