Freshsness and quality of rooms - appliances and overall new AC and TV units. Modern and clean. Decent breakfast and overall staff service.

Cons:

Having to wear a wristband to prove that I can access the hotel pool or the fact I had to exchange hotel "bath towel" cards to get a towel at the pool. Feeling like not being trusted at all times that I will steal a towel :D

Hotel limpio y buena ubicación pero le sobra una estrella.
Pros:

Ubicación, a pie de playa, con servicio de tumbonas en la playa incluido. Limpio y atendido por mucho personal. El desayuno es bastante completo.

Cons:

Instalaciones antiguas. No es importante, pero i agua de cortesía en la habitación.

Pros:

Mi-a plăcut totul. Este un hotel curat, cu mic dejun gustos, piscină încălzită, iar personalul de la recepție foarte amabil. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Bavaria Blu Mamaia. Camera a fost spațioasă, curată, iar priveliștea spre mare a fost superbă. cina a fost diversificată și gustoasă.
Un mare avantaj este locația hotelului, chiar lângă plajă. În această zonă plaja nu este lărgită, astfel că distanța până la șezlonguri este mică, ceea ce este un plus, mai ales cand călătorești cu un copil.
Per total, am avut un sejur foarte reușit și relaxant cu un bebelus. Cu siguranță am reveni și recomandăm cu încredere Bavaria Blu tuturor celor care își doresc un hotel curat, cu servicii foarte bune și o poziție excelentă în Mamaia.

Camere foarte spațioase: Am avut parte de camere mari și aerisite, un mare plus atunci când călătorești cu cei mici și ai nevoie de spațiu de mișcare și depozitare. Hotelul este situat chiar lângă plajă. Confortul de a fi la doar câțiva pași de nisip și mare, fără drumuri lungi și obositoare, este de neprețuit. Faptul că am avut mesele incluse a fost un real ajutor. Pentru părinții cu copii este o relaxare totală să nu mai aibă grija căutării unui restaurant la fiecare prânz sau cină. Distracția pentru copii a fost la înălțime! Echipa de animație din weekend a făcut o treabă minunată: cei mici au fost pictați pe față, s-au jucat cu baloane și au fost implicați în activități care i-au ținut super Granted și fericiți.

Cons:

Mâncare repetitivă: Deși util faptul că am avut mesele incluse, mâncarea nu a fost foarte diversificată, iar micul dejun a fost identic în fiecare zi. Serviciul de pază/barieră: Portarul nu este mereu la poartă, așa că de câteva ori am fost nevoiți să așteptăm minute în șir la barieră pentru a putea intra în complex. Clasificare nerealistă: Hotelul pare destul de vechi pentru cele 4 stele afișate; se simte mai degrabă ca un hotel de 3 stele. Lipsa iluminatului: Seara, iluminatul este complet absent în zona exterioară a hotelului, ceea ce face ca plimbările prin curte sau împrejurimi să fie destul de neplăcute și obscure.
