Am petrecut un weekend placut, relaxant, piscina a fost un plus de relaxare.

Decent pentru banii platiti, dar nu e o locatie unde sa revin

Privelistea este superba, piscina, mancarea de la restaurant foarte buna (doar micul dejun l-am avut inclus, restul contra cost, dar preturi decente)

Cons:

Sezlongurile de la piscina deloc confortabile iar saltelele erau patate si miroseau urat. Curatenia in camera a lasat de dorit, iar 4 zile nu au venit nici macar odata sa schimbe prosoapele si sa aduca gel de dus, hartie igienica. Vinurile, chiar si cele de top ale lor (cu un pret pe masura), desi laudate, de slaba calitate.

Готино е, но има какво да се подобри.

Чудесна винарна, прекрасна гледка, басейнът също е много приятен.

Cons:

Посещавали сме мястото и преди и този път малко ни разочарова. Дадоха ни стая в друга сграда, която сама по себе си не беше лоша, но терасата беше практически неизползваема от мърсотия. Уж щяха да ни местят в друга стая, дадоха ни ключ, после си го взеха, защото не била свободна. Е, все пак почистиха терасата. Персоналът е леко неадекватен, в ресторанта забравиха около 10 пъти какво сме поръчали. Малко като случайно хванати отнякъде хора, които се опитват да се правят на хотел.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The view is absolutely amazing, and the room was cozy, and comfortable. The entire hotel and surrounding area create a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. It was a great place to unwind, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

There were a few issues with the bathroom. It lacked basic toiletries, and there was a significant amount of mold on the ceiling, which should be addressed to improve cleanliness and guest comfort.

С партньора ми, който е чужденец, останахме изключително впечатлени от високото ниво на английски език на персонала!
Посетихме винарната на 28–29 юли. Още при настаняването ни посрещна много любезен служител на рецепцията, който ни обслужи изцяло на английски и ни помогна с достъпа до стаята, СПА зоната и резервирането на допълнителни услуги.
Горещо препоръчваме винената дегустация на 5 вина с прекрасно подбрано меню, което чудесно допълваше всяко от тях. Специални благодарности на Николай Сашев за професионалното и изключително приятно обслужване. Вечерята беше една от най-запомнящите се части от престоя ни, а фактът, че всичко беше представено на отличен английски език, направи преживяването напълно достъпно и за чужденци.
Искам да благодаря и на Калоян, който два дни преди престоя ни (неделя, 26 юли) ми предостави изчерпателна информация за всички услуги. Отношението му беше изключително професионално, любезно и отзивчиво и остави у мен много добро впечатление, особено след като първото ми посещение в същия ден не беше толкова гостоприемно заради отношението на дамата на рецепцията.
Благодарим на целия екип за прекрасното преживяване! С удоволствие бихме посетили отново!

Fantastic location, great facilities, beautiful pool, lovely food and wonderful staff.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, the pool has the best view of any pool I’ve ever been in. The location is spectacular. The food and wine in the restaurant are very good.

Cons:

Mosquitoes and one night in the restaurant the service was very slow. It was clear they were understaffed and the staff who were there did everything they could.
