Great place with very friendly staff.

Excelente atención y muy buen servicio

La atención en recepción fue excelente. Fueron muy amables y nos permitieron dejar el coche en su parking mientras visitábamos Tirana, ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde y no teníamos que ir al aeropuerto hasta el mediodía. Fue un detalle que agradecimos mucho.

El desayuno estaba bien. No había una gran variedad, pero era suficiente y la chica que lo atendía era muy amable y atenta. Además, podías pedirle que te preparase al momento una tortilla, huevos revueltos u otras opciones calientes, lo que hacía que la experiencia fuera mucho mejor. La habitación muy bien.

Абсолютно все! Спасибо огромное! Было реально супер! Идеальное место для знакомства с Тираной - много достопримечательностей в пешеходной доступности, общественный транспорт рядом с отелем, такси подъезжают за 2 минуты. В номере отличные кровати с удобными матрасами, чистейшее постельное белье, белоснежные мягкие полотенца и тапочки. Атмосфера прямо домашняя в отеле. Персонал внимательный и заботливый. Все такие улыбчивые и позитивные, всегда готовы помочь. Рецепция работает круглосуточно - нам даже в час ночи после прилета помогли заказать еду с доставкой. В самом отеле можно купить и сладкую газировку, и пиво. Завтраки были отличные - кофе, чай, сок апельсиновый, молоко, мюсли, омлет, жаренные овощи, колбаса, сыр, слойки со шпинатом и с творогом, оладьи с джемом и нутеллой, круасаны, овощи и фрукты, оливки, сыр фета. В день нашего отъезда был очень вкусный свежеиспеченный хлеб, а из обычного можно самому приготовить тосты. Всегда в свободном доступе вода из кулера - холодная и горячая. Правда было очень приятно сидеть на улице за столиками под зонтиками и в окружении зелени, а утренний полив создает особый климат. В номере есть кондиционер, окна плотно закрываются и не слышно шума с улицы, а из окна в ванной отличный вид на горы. Без лифта у нас не было никаких проблем, хотя мы путешествуем с годовалым ребенком - довольно удобные лестницы, коляску мы оставляли внизу на рецепции. Еще раз огромное спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля! Мы с удовольствием вернемся к вам и непременно будем рекомендовать это место все своим друзьям!

Le personnel est charmant et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni et savoureux. La chambre était spacieuse et jolie. L'hôtel est très propre.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas trouvé le matelas très confortable et la chambre manque de prises et d'interrupteur près des lits. Sinon tout était ok.
