Wonderful place to stay when visiting Munich
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very close to the centre of town, just a five-minute walk. My room was a good size, not too small.

Cons:

Although it was a double bed, it only came with one pillow. Reception were very helpful and organised some more pillows, but it should have come with four pillows.

Hotel Lux for th WIN!
Pros:

Upon arriving, the staff was wonderful! They greeted us and offered us coffee and water. Our trip was long and tiring. We arrived early and they offered us a seat to catch our breath, took our luggage and it was in our room waiting for us when we returned. The location can't be beat! Everything and anything was nearby.
The bed was super comfy.

Cons:

Know that not all rooms are en-suite. Everything was wonderful here and we will highly recommend it.

Unbeatable location, lovely staff and excellent value for money in the heart of Munich

What did you like about the property?
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Munich. You really couldn’t ask for a better location. For the price, the value for money is excellent.

Cons:

Because the hotel is located right in the city center, it can be a little noisy. The building is also heritage-listed, which gives the hotel a very individual character, but of course you shouldn’t expect a luxury hotel at this price
