Pros:

The rooms are spacious, neat, and very clean. Essential toiletries, including toothbrushes and soap, were provided. The room also features a large TV that comes fully loaded with all major OTT and streaming subscriptions.
Swimming Pool: The best feature of the resort. It is clean and offers lovely scenic views.
The complimentary breakfast spread was tasty and well-arranged.
The resort drivers were very courteous, skilled, and helpful.

Cons:

The approach road to the resort passes near a rocky area and is a concrete road with an extremely steep incline. The issue isn’t ground clearance, but the sheer slope of the climb. If another vehicle comes down from the opposite direction while you are climbing, stopping midway makes it nearly impossible and very dangerous to restart and pull forward on that steep gradient. It is best to call the resort beforehand and rely on their experienced drivers to handle the drive.
Because the property sits above this hazardous slope, it is strongly advisable to avoid staying here during heavy monsoon seasons.
Minibar & Service Issue
The room has a mini-fridge stocked with snacks and drinks (Snickers, Coca-Cola, cashews, etc.), but these carry a steep 50% markup above MRP. At the time of booking, I specifically requested that no chargeable items be kept in the room. Despite following up twice after check-in, the staff never removed them.
Views & Activities: Outside of the pool area, there are no special viewpoints on the property, and on-site activities are practically non-existent.
non-complimentary lunch and dinner at the resort restaurant are quite expensive. A practical alternative is to drive about 1.5 km down to Anachal town, where you will find good restaurants serving delicious, budget-friendly food.

Overall, we had a good stay at the resort, but there were a few issues that were disappointing.

The bathroom had no normal (cold) water available—only hot water. Although someone came to fix it, afterwards the water flow became very weak, even when the tap was fully open.

The hand-held shower was also not working because the selector pin used to switch between the overhead and hand-held shower was broken. When we reported it, we were told to pull the remaining narrow pin manually, which was difficult and inconvenient to use.

The TV would not turn on initially because we couldn't locate its power switch. The switch was not near the TV but beside the bedside table. We were informed that it had been labelled, but the sticker was missing, making it very difficult to find.

The swimming pool water was cold, even though the resort stated that the pool would be heated with warm water. This was disappointing, as we were expecting a warm pool based on the information provided.

These are not the kind of issues we expected from a resort of this standard. Aside from these maintenance concerns, the resort was good overall, and we otherwise enjoyed our stay.
