Can improve for the price
Pros:

The rooms were good, clean and the staff at the reception were helpful.

Cons:

The road to the property is very steep and scary. There was a smell of dog poop all over which made it unbearable to walk around. The room service was bad, as in, the food we ordered came in take-away boxes and if we asked for cutlery we were given use and throw cutlery that is very hard to use to eat non-veg. The ac was not cooling properly but they did send someone to clean the ac vents.

Pros:

Beautiful view of Munnar from the pool and general property
Great staff that were v helpful and room was very comfortable with lovely balcony

Cons:

Restaurant was okay - menu got a little tired after a while as it’s quite difficult to walk to any other places for food. You would definitely need a car

Pros:

Beautiful and spacious rooms, the food was excellent and the employees very accommodating and friendly.
And the little cats were the icing on the cake. Loved to see them and play with them. I hope the hotel will take good care of them and neuter them.

Pros:

Staff was nice, food was tasty.

Cons:

Very noisy, upper rooms moved furniture until midnight, we could hear ajacent rooms, and there was some construction in the site. In addition, it is loxated on a steep hill, which creates difficulties for cars to access, this means you are dependant on hotel's pickup waiting for them to come you to and from the hotel. Not convenient at all.

A worthy stay
Pros:

The resort in its overall experience was quite well. It was very comfortable to stay with my toddler. The rooms were spacious. The food was very good except for a few dishes. The amenities were also well.

Cons:

The location was located on a cliff with a steep roadway.
