Pros:

Location was great. Food was good. View was awesome.

Cons:

Very disappointed with our stay. Avoid.

The property has great potential

Cons:

Unfortunately the property is not well maintained. There was quite a bit of lot of trash in the garden. The rooms were not clean. After a complaint, the room was cleaned again but it was still dirty. The breakfast was okay but we found hairs in our food three times. The 'resort' didn't offer any help with booking tours in the Munnar area. Finally the staff didn't speak a lot of English, so communication was difficult.

Pros:

Location, rooms, staff attentiveness.
Initially had some hiccups but staff rectified them quickly.
Road to the resort rough for about 900m but once you reach the resort you will find peace.

Owner of the resort personally looked after every guest and their needs. Superb

Pros:

The location of the property is amazing, right in the middle of nature with excellent views. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There was this one time where we found 2 slugs which crept into the room, and the room had been cleaned. We gave this a pass as it’s just a byproduct of the property being right in the middle of nature

only climate

Cons:

Compare to price the cottage is very small, snails were in wash room, shower knob was not working, breakfast was not in variety, very conjusted rooms, We booked for 3 persons, but one had slept on separate small mat. Bed sheets were also dirty with dirty smell.
