Comfortable Stay
Pros:

We stayed in the Eminence Suite and thoroughly enjoyed the views—the balcony overlooked the mountains and a peaceful water stream, while the window gave a nice view of the city. We were welcomed with a hot cup of authentic Munnar tea upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Cons:

The main issue was the furniture in the hall in our room (Room 407 or 408), which was quite old and had noticeable stains (including old chocolate marks). Replacing the upholstery would make a huge difference. Additionally, while the breakfast was acceptable, the menu was fairly generic

- Excellente situation géographique pour visiter les alentours sur plusieurs jours.
- Bon petit-déjeuner buffet et belle carte de menu pour le dîner - qui varient chaque jour
- Personnel accueillant et serviable.
- Bons massages ayurvédiques avec SPA
- Chambres propres et confortables.
- Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

La route d'accès est un peu dégradée. Elle est cependant assez courte et très bien située.

The shower is just warm and not very hot in the evenings...however we get hot showers in the mornings.

Pretty good
Pros:

Well maintained. Staff were super responsive and professional.
Only drawback is food, we ordered biriyani, chicken starter and it was below average.

Housekeeping staff Lakshmi was very friendly and she did keep the room neat and clean.

Overall it is value for money.
