W obiekcie czystość nie jest na najwyższym poziomie, dużo kurzu praktycznie wszędzie. W pokoju instalacja elektryczna opiera się na systemie przedłużek, podłączonych pod jedno gniazdko, nie jest to zbyt bezpieczne. Pokój na poddaszu, ściany z cegły nie zabezpieczone żadnym gruntem, spomiędzy cegieł sypie się zaprawa kurzy elementy drewniane również nie zabezpieczone. Wszechobecny kurz.
