Cons:

Booking.com is the problem. I reserved and rented this room for my niece. I gave her all pertinent information. But the hotel would let her have it. They said they would only let me have the room. So that she would have a place to sleep that night I had to drive 1hr round trip to said hotel to let my niece in. If I remember correctly on your questionnaire to get room one of the questions is am I renting for myself or someone else. I selected someone else. When I asked the hotel manager, they didn't know anything about that is between me and booking.com not them. So to add insult to injury they charged me a cash only $50.00 deposit for a key card , that I have to make another 1hr round trip to collect. So this whole transaction was very upsetting. I seriously doubt I'll be using your services in the future.
