Friendly and helpful staff
The quality of the food is poor. We had the carvery and the meat was grizzisly and inedible. The 'chef' changed it but the next lot was not much better. The vegatables were stewed and luke warm. Breakfast offerings were dried out.

We had a great sleep there. It was quiet. There was free parking in front of the hotel.
Maybe a little outdated.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Beds were uncomfortable. Sofa bed was not made up. Bathroom was not clean.
The evening carvery was very good. The room is is basic but confortable. J= The decor just looks a bit tired!
I had a problem in Roo 3. The captive sink plug got stuck and I couldn't let the water out. Tried to report this on my way out but could not find anyone about.
Die Lage und Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gut. Zudem ist es extrem praktisch, das zu der Unterkunft auch ein tolles Restaurant gehört. Das Personal ist extrem (!) hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist von sehr hoher Qualität und man kann sich das Cooked Breakfast sogar selbst zusammenstellen. Bad und Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Hier vergebe ich sehr gern die volle Punktzahl.
The shower was really good and plenty of towels. We were grateful for the fan provided in the hot weather

several breakfast items were barely lukewarm. The bar had a very limited selection and closed very early. The mattress was too firm for comfort.

I could not stay in this hotel with my family
When going to check in, we was left for 10 minutes and had to go and find a stay member.
When we got to the room, it was not set up for 3 people ( double bed and one sofa bed?)
Had to go and get a staff member. They did come and set up the bed but when pulled out, it was still made from the last booking.
A massive bug then crawled out from under the pillow on the double bed.
There was still rubbish in the bathroom bin.
When I spoke to the manager that was on shift. He stated that he could give me the money bad due to booking on booking.com
