La posizione è swnza dubbio comoda: vicina alla stazione e al ponte Calatrava che la collega al Tronchetto.

Cons:

Non mi piacciono i giochini. La struttura non mi ha rilasciato la ricevuta. Il prezzo è stato 387 euro per 1 notte. Chiariamoci: i prezzi devono essere collegati ai servizi dell'hotel. Non al fatto che ci sia un evento. Non si è mai fatto così e mai, così esageratamente. L'H. resta un 3 stelle. 387 euro per una notte (2 adulti + 1 ragazzo di 14 anni), è fuori portata. Ma spiega il "giochino" della ricevuta.

Quick, sunny stay in a beautiful bedroom
Pros:

First off, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Second, the rooms are gorgeous. It's a good spot if you're looking to be right by the train or bus, too. It only takes about an hour to walk across Venice in its entirety—and there's always the vaporetto. Would return.

La pozione e poi Un soggiorno reso speciale non solo dalla struttura accogliente ma soprattutto dalle persone.
Irina e Natali sono state di una professionalità rara con discrezione, attenzione e un sorriso autentico. Gentilissime, eleganti nei modi e capaci di far sentire ogni ospite davvero accolto.
Hanno gestito tutto con grande cura, rendendo il soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto.
Quando trovi uno staff così, capisci subito la differenza tra un semplice hotel e un luogo in cui hai davvero piacere di tornare. Complimenti sinceri.

Близость к вокзалу Venezia St.Lucia, и это всë из хорошего

1. Было выдано грязное полотенце.
2. В день заселения не было горячей воды, об этом никак не предупредили во время check-in, видя, что заселяюсь с детьми. Дети помыться не смогли, я приняла холодный душ.
3. В номере не было даже стула, небольшая тумбочка у кровати и всë.
4. В номере не было чайника/ кофеварки, как указано в описании.
5. Постоянно гудит минибар, и он висит почему-то на стене.
6. Несмотря на то, что окна выходили в узкий переулок, деревянные окна со ставнями не спасали от шума совсем.
7. Нет лифта.
8. Завтрак нормальный, но надо было с вечера сообщить, когда вы желаете завтракать (его сервировали в крохотной помещении, поэтому гости должны завтракать "по расписанию")

Sie Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist perfekt - so muss man seine Koffer nicht durch die ganze Stadt transportieren. Dennoch ist es leise und sehr komfortabel.

是非また利用したいホテルです。
Pros:

ロケーションが非常に良いです。ベネチアらしい雰囲気の通りにあり、風情を感じます。また、サンタルチア駅近くで、レストランも近くに沢山有ります。スタッフも丁寧です。チェックインは15m位離れた場所ですが、日本語が出来る男性もいて、筋肉痛の薬の相談など丁寧に対応して頂きました。助かりました。更に朝食のパンが非常に美味しです。是非また利用したいホテルです。
