Pros:

エアコンはなかったけど、ファンがついていて快適でした。
スタッフの方がとても親切でした。
ダメ元でケトルがあるか聞いたら貸してくださいました。（カップも）

Posizione ottima con i mezzi raggiungi il centro in un attimo

Cons:

La stanza per il periodo di soggiorno era molto calda ed oltre al ventilatore si deve aprire le finestre che porta a perde l'insonorizzazione dalla strada

Добрый день!
Местоположение отличное, близко к центру, рядом есть все необходимое для жизни.
Персонал очень доброжелательный.
Т.к. сейчас погода была очень жаркой, не хватало кондиционера в номере.,но есть потолочный вентилятор, немного спасает...
Рекомендую для туристов прекрасной Вены.

Die zentrale Lage Lage mit der Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür war super, auch zu Fuß war eine kleine Einkaufsstraße mit Cafés usw. gut zu erreichen. Wir waren mit dem Auto da und erhielten sehr freundlich Tipps, wo wir am Besten und preiswert parken können.
Die Betten waren bequem, die Straße war zu hören, aber uns störte es nicht.

Cons:

Direkt vor dem Haus liegen Gleise. Dort ist Parken nicht möglich. In der Nebenstraße um die Ecke ist ein Parkhaus, von dort kann man erstmal das Gepäck ausladen. Dann sollte man aber besser zum park&ride fahren. Das war etwas mit Logistik und Zeit verbunden, aber wenn man es weiß, ist es insgesamt ok.

Pros:

Lo mejor del alojamiento es, sin duda, la ubicación, muy cerca del centro y todos los transportes públicos a menos de 10 min. El personal también es muy amable.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía persianas ni cortinas que tapara toda la ventana y entraba la luz del sol desde las 4 de la mañana, por lo que era imposible dormir.
