Когда стройка будет закончена, отелю можно будет ставить 8/10. Текущая оценка - 7/10.
Pros:

- Прекрасное расположение - 2 минуты до большого пляжа.
- Отличные завтраки, входящие в стоимость, всегда был шведский стол с простым, но разнообразным выбором.
- Одна из сотрудниц (дневная) очень профессионально помогала со всеми вопросами.
- Без вопросов поменяли номер на более дорогой за крайне небольшую доплату (в минусах причина).
- Есть выделенная парковка.

Cons:

- Окна примерно 5 номеров выходят на стройку, которая начинается в 8 утра и продолжается 6 дней в неделю. Хоть отель это контролировать не может, но стоит это иметь ввиду при выборе номеров. По этой причине нам поменяли номер на один из доступных. Из остальных номеров стройку не слышно.
- Есть вопросы к уборке номеров - либо некоторые простыни и полотенца достаточно старые, либо их редко меняют, либо плохо стирают и это заметно.
- На балконы второго этажа жильцы с верхних этажей (отдельный от отеля комплекс аппартаментов) могут и будут сыпать пепел и бросать окурки, которые могут испортить ваши вещи на балконе.

Unfortunately, I encountered extreme unprofessionalism and a lack of customer service from one of the hotel employees. She had long, dark, curly hair. I didn't ask her name and she wasn't wearing a name badge. A situation arose where I desperately needed the contact information for an emergency/rescue service, so I approached this particular employee at reception because she was the only one there. My request was met with a very disgruntled response and the reply that she didn't know of any services that could help me. I also asked if I could use her landline to call landline numbers if I could find the contact information online, as my personal phone number doesn't work for calls outside the European Union (I'm a tourist from Greece). I was told that the hotel phone doesn't work for landline numbers. The hotel employee also refused to provide her personal phone number for the call at my request, nor did she attempt to assist me. My issue was resolved with the help of strangers on the street, whom I approached and asked for help. Later, a male employee, who, as I understand it, arrived for the evening shift after I began looking for help, got involved. Special thanks to him. We also later discovered that the TV channels weren't working in our room and asked the same woman if there was anything we could do about it. She replied that she would pass the information on to someone else. But after that, no one came to our room, and the TV still wasn't set up. Our room number is 105, and both incidents occurred on July 14, 2026, between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Summary of my stay at this hotel: I don't recommend choosing this hotel due to the extremely irresponsible staff. You never know what kind of situation you might find yourself in, faced with complete indifference from those who are supposed to help you. This is especially true if you have children with you!

Hotel ordinato è pulito, posizionato nella via parallela fronte mare, di recente costruzione circa 5 anni. Camere spaziose e funzionali.

Cons:

La colazione non è in hotel, si appoggiano ad un locale sulla passeggiata Majia, purtroppo di bassissima qualità e varietà, non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. Seconda pecca, considerato l'altissima presenza di turisti Italiani, in hotel non ci sono canali TV di nessuna nazione, solo YouTube..

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel!
Pros:

Schönes modernes Hotel in 2. Lage zum Strand. Der Aufenthalt war unkompliziert und wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Parken war direkt am Hotel möglich.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir das Frühstück nicht wahrnehmen. Uns wurde gesagt ab 7:30 Uhr wäre es offen, als wir dort ankamen wurden wir noch 20-30 min vertröstet. Leider mussten wir dann bereits zum Flughafen aufbrechen. Das war etwas schade!
