Decent hotel in a good location
Pros:

Great location, free underground parking, good staff, decent breakfast

Cons:

Towels only changed every 2 days (daily with charge)

Daniela , la ragazza che lavora nell’hotel , è molto gentile e professionale

Cons:

Pulizia migliorabile, il bagno si allaga se apri il rubinetto del lavandino, phone non funzionare , aria condizionata non funzionante, struttura difficile da raggiungere, non ci sono indicazioni e la strada in cui si trova non è segnatala su Google, non c’è l’ascensore e devi portare le valige a mano per le scale. Lo sconsiglio !

Good location & breakfast
Pros:

The hotel's location is very convenient. It's right in the center, yet tucked away in an inner courtyard, so it's surprisingly quiet with no traffic noise. The breakfast was very good, and the staff, especially during breakfast, were exceptionally attentive and welcoming.

Cons:

One thing worth mentioning is that the bathroom had a slight musty smell, which seems to be fairly common in Albania. It didn't affect our stay, but if you're sensitive to smells, it's something to keep in mind.
