Персонал медленный, забывает . Я привез гостей так как нравился ваша гостиница. первый день дверь душевой не работал, сказали рецепшену, обещали сделать и не пришли . Гости сами что-то делали и прожили так 2 дня. Другой гость попросил настроить телевизор, чтобы посмотреть матч ЧМ, ресепшен обещал прийти так и не пришли. Гости были из Гонконга. Теперь думаю вести или нет. Некоторые сотрудники не знали английский язык.

Eau 💧 était limité à une petite bouteille par jour et par personne. Pas de café ni commerces, ni centres commerciaux à proximité. Transport obligatoire.

Pros:

Расположение хорошее, тихое, спокойное место. Персонал приветливый. На первом этаже есть очень хороший ресторан. Готовят вкусные блюда и напитки.
Уборку в отеле производят каждый день. В номере чисто, есть кондиционер, что очень радует.

قرب المكان وبعده عن الزحمة وتعامل بعض الموظفين بلطافة واحترام

Cons:

وجبة الافطار لم تكن منوعة وغالبا ما تنفذ بسرعة ، كما ان بعض الموظفين لا يبدون اي مشاعر من اللطف والبشاشة
