Great experience
Pros:

Clean, new , nice location and great staff
Faisal at reception was extremely helpful

Mohammed Suhail and Mohammed Muslim at the restaurant are very courteous

Breakfast is not fancy but sufficient

Cons:

Clothing cabinet is small and accessibility is difficult
The desk chair is uncomfortable. Suggest keeping ergonomic office chairs for more comfort
