اول مره يصادفني موظف بالاستقبال غير موراعي لضيف
دائما كانو الموظفين لطفا
هذا اول مره اشوفه وكان غير لطيف أنا اتكلم معه يروح يرد على التليفون
يجبرني اروح اشوف الغرفه رغم اني أنا دايم احجز واعرف الغرف
وقلت له ابي غرفه بعيده عن التدخين لاني مريضه كاني اقوله حطني بوسطهم
هالمره خاب الظن في بودل بسبب الموظف هذا

اقرأ كلامي جيدا قبل الحجز!!!
Pros:

الموقع ممتاز و المبنى فاخر و الخدمة بشكل عام جيدة خصوصا موظف الاستقبال الشمري (اعتذر نسيت اسمه الاول) و اعتذر عن غضبي عليه عند الخروج بسبب سوء تفاهم.
ارجوا ايصال اعتذاري له.

Cons:

عندما خرجت قالوا لي ان زجاج طاولة انكسر (كسر سطحي) و الكسر حصل قبل دخولي الى الشقة و انا صراحة لم اهتم لمثل هذي التفاصيل الصغيرة لاني ذاهب في علاج، و رغم ان خدمة الغرف دخلوا مرتين قبل تسليم الشقة الا انه لم يتم ابلاغ الاستقبال الا بعد خروجي!!
و فوق هذا يريدون مني اصلاح هذا الكسر و دفع حقه!!!
و هذا شئ غير مقبول .. واضح ان هناك خلل في التواصل بين خدمة الغرف و الاستقبال و الادارة ارجوا التنبه له!!!!
