Pros:

L’ospitalità, l’accoglienza, l’educazione, la pulizia, il cibo, e il mêtre di Sala Paolo, gentilissimo e accogliente sia a colazione, pranzo e cena. La camera pulita e profumata, e la piscina uno specchio. All’arrivo ti mettono a disposizione la navetta, ma noi abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter per girare l’isola. Abbiamo provato anche la piscina coperta, sempre pulita e la sauna. Insomma un soggiorno da favola. Consiglio a tutti. Ps. Ottima anche la posizione, con lo scooter ci vogliono 2 minuti per arrivare alle spiagge.

Pros:

This was not our first stay at this hotel, and we were happy to return. The green, well-kept territory, and our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, the staff were genuinely friendly, and the shuttle service made getting around much easier.

Posto bello,tranquillo e pulito. Fantastiche le piscine sia quelle esterne che interne i bambini hanno adorato uscire dalla stanza e stare comodamente in acqua. Comoda la spiaggia di chiaia vicino con una passeggiata piacevole di 6/7 minuti ,un mare limpido e cristallino con una zona ombreggiata che non occorreva l’ombrellone. Ottima colazione abbondante e squisiti il pranzo e la cena ,il buffet che c’era ogni sera oltre i piatti serviti davvero super vario e molto apprezzato con verdure di stagione . Il personale ci è venuto sempre incontro per qualsiasi esigenza alimentare con i nostri bimbi. Fantastico il caposala ,simpatici i baristi Virginia e Enrico che tutte le sere ci hanno riscaldato il latte per i bimbi con il sorriso e simpatia. Personale di sala eccellente,dolci,premurosi e gentilissimi,anche le receptionist altrettanto. Ti senti a casa ,che dire . Comodo anche il servizio navetta Rosa che ti porta e ti viene a prendere da forio . Cordiali anche le signore delle pulizie in particolare la signora con i capelli corti rossi. Mio figlio ha trascorso un bel compleanno , ringrazio ancora per avermi dato l’opportunità di fare la torta ordinandola e prenotando solo un giorno prima .Un abbraccio a tutti,a presto.Ci avete salvato .Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo anzi oltre ad ogni aspettativa,

Cons:

La posizione è un po’ distante a tutto, ma noi ci siamo goduti l’hotel e il mare e quindi non è stato un problema per noi. Ho trovato poco igienico le marmellate, il miele e la cioccolata a colazione ,(anche se buone qualitativamente) sarebbe meglio usare le porzioni monouso,qualche cereale in più per variare non guasterebbe ,(meno patate 😂) .
Ma al di là di questo nient’altro davvero .

Good value for money, we enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Great location, good facilities, friendly staff, spacious rooms. Would book again.

Cons:

Cleanliness could’ve been better. The bathrooms look like they are 30 years old and no matter how much you clean them they still look and feel dirty. Walls are thin, we were lucky to have good neighbours that were not noisy.

Nice hotel
Pros:

The beach shuttle service was amazing, and the reception staff was always very helpful and willing to assist. The breakfast was also delicious!

Cons:

The breakfast staff seemed a little less attentive, although perhaps this was simply because they were very busy, which is understandable. I was also told that there would be a special gesture for my birthday, but unfortunately, nothing happened in the end. I would have preferred to know from the beginning that it wouldn’t be possible rather than being given the expectation of something special.

For the pool, it’s a good idea to bring your own swimming cap. The room has a cooling system rather than traditional air conditioning, so it’s worth keeping this in mind when booking, especially during warmer months.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the helpful reception team and the beach shuttle service.

Pros:

Struttura accogliente, belle le zone delle piscine e ben tenute. Servizio navetta su prenotazione davvero comodo. Buona la cena presso il ristorante e il servizio é molto attento.

Cons:

Se c’è l’obbligo della cuffia, sarebbe bene che questo venisse fatto rispettare a tutti gli ospiti.
