Really satisfying experience. From check-in to check-out everything was amazing.
Pros:

It is located right at the beach. All Juhu hangouts are nearby. We were upgraded to a suite which was a really nice experience!

Two morning cleaning room staff were excellent! I can’t recall their name but you can check . I was in room 734/735, with my dad and he was very kind and patient to help my 90 year old father, in working out the tv and other support, date was upto the 6 th of May .

Cons:

You need a hair and beauty salon….
Couldn’t style my hair until I went to an unknown salon. Expected a hair salon in a 5 star hotel like Novotel.
Spa was good .

Only go if you want beach facing room
Pros:

Location is good, right on the beach

Cons:

The room was fine but the bathroom was run down. The room air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Called the reception 3 times, they sent the engineer but nothing changed. No call back from the manger and no reply for a room change request. Bad management from the hotel.
