Pathetic
Pros:

It is so bad. There is water leak in all floors from the roof and bucket is on floor..It was such stinking floor and leakage in room too from room window too

Big hotel with many guests, friendly staff and great breakfast
Pros:

Staff was excellent with our young kids! Breakfast was super nice ans staff very service minded.

Cons:

We were promised some birthday arrangements for our daughter beforehand who had her birthday during our stay. But unfortunately staff seems to have forgotten about that so no arrangements.

The staff were amazing and the room itself was of good standard. I probably wouldn’t pay this much again for the room, however the place was nice.

Cons:

There were a few occasions where rubbish was left at the lift entrance on our floor or outside guests rooms - we had left and returned multiple times and often saw the same rubbish there for over 12 hours on a few occasions which made me conscious about the cleanliness, however we did spill some soft drink on the bed and the next day the bedding was replaced without us asking so that was appreciated and noticed.
