Außergewöhnliches Hotel das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr gute Küche, super freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Tolle Lage mit beeindruckendem Blick zu den Gletschern. Sehr schöner Wellness-und Poolbereich.

Cons:

Im Infinity und im Whirlpool war immer sehr viel Action, es war sehr laut durch die Kinder. Auch im dortigen Ruhebereich. Gäste sind teils von den Liegen geflüchtet und haben ihre Handys in Sicherheit gebracht, weil mit Anlauf in den Infinitypool gesprungen wurde. Nicht falsch verstehen, ich mag Kinder, aber ich gehe auch in ein Hotel dieser Klasse um mich zu erholen und die Eltern haben es mit Erziehung heute leider nicht mehr so.

Wunderschönes Panorama & perfektes Essen
Pros:

Besonders geschätzt haben wir das extrem gute Abendessen in der Unterkunft und die schön gestaltete Pool- und Wellnessanlage. Das Panormaa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Für uns war das Hotel der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eine Rennradtour aufs Stilfser Joch.

Cons:

Der Infinity-Pool und Whirlpool war offiziell ab 16 Uhr Adults only. Leider hat sich daran kaum jemand gehalten. Wir würden es somit besser finden, die Regelung entweder ganz aufzuheben oder dafür zu sorgen, dass diese eingehalten wird.
Das Wlan war im Adults only Wellness-Bereich leider nicht verfügbar.

Tutto oltre le aspettative. Sono attenti ad ogni cosa: dai minimi particolari fino alle cose più importanti. In camera avevano: coperta per il ns. canino, culla, piccola doccia e ridottore wc per il nostro bambino. Asciugamani per la spa per tutta la famiglia matchy matchy. Erogazione di bevande per i più piccoli h24, gelato per i bambini ad ogni pasto, addirittura i bavagli lavati e cifrati " hotel billavista trafoi" in cotone per ns. figlio ad ogni pasto. Per non parlare della SPA: angolo di paradiso terrestre. Ottimo anche il servizio accoglienza per i bambini: un mini club super organizzato e moderno. Il cibo? UNICO. Lo staff estremamente cortese. La proprietaria dell'hotel ci ha addirittura mostrato tutta la struttura prima di mostrarci la ns. camera spiegandoci tutto. Davvero tutto estremamente UNICO. Quando vieni al Bella Vista, la vacanza non è la montagna, è direttamente l'HOTEL. Speciale.

Pros:

le cadre , l'emplacement, les installations neuves, les buffets et diners. tout était délicieux et très bien organisé.
facile avec des enfants . me^me en plein mois d'aout nous avions l'impression d'être seuls dans l'hotel alors qu'il était plein.

Cons:

le lit était un peu trop moelleux à notre gout.

The staff and the owners are very kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the surroundings are lovely.

Cons:

For breakfast, there was only one hot option available: eggs. I would have appreciated a few more hot breakfast options, such as boiled sausages, grilled sausages, or fried bacon. There were several power outages affecting the entire village during our stay. This was not the hotel's fault, but it was still inconvenient for the guests.
The air conditioning in our room was not working, so the room became uncomfortably warm. The Wi-Fi connection also dropped out several times. Sorry, I mean this as constructive feedback, and I hope it will be helpful. I am also a hotel owner.
