Very nice place just by the promenade

Pros:

Great location.
Comfortable and very clean. Staff helpful and friendly
Room cleaned every day
Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

No lift, but a member of staff carried my case up the stairs
Surprised no coffee/tea facilities ( maybe am used to them in other hotels I have stayed at)
